Excellent service for my broken beats. They were very detailed and emailed me regarding the repairs they were going to make. Sent pictures of a repair that I wasn’t aware was needed and made sure I approved it before they fixed it and charged me for it. Reasonable prices, and quick and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend!

I sent them a JBL extreme that had a blown driver. They replaced it, and got it back to me working like new. The price seemed reasonable, the communication was great, and the turn around time was ok. Overall it was a great experience and I would work with them again.

So happy I found them. My beats solo 3 had one side that did not make any sound, I took them to apple and they were charging me more than what the headphones were worth. I did some research and u found Joes and decided to give them a try. It was very worth it because they managed to fix them at a reasonable price, and thy did not charge me with me knowing first what was wrong and how much it was going to be. I like that they keep you updated on your device and you are actually taking to a real person. Highly recommend

At first, I was hesitant about them mostly because of the logistics of sending my headphone way out there, but once Joe's received my headphone's there was a peace in mind because what their previous customers have said about them is true. They're honest people that put excellent work into their craftsmanship of fixing my headphones. Honestly, I would do business with them again in the future. I'm sold on their business.

My Beats Wireless Solo 1.0 died. I’ve had them about 8 years, had to be the Battery. Joes GE has the parts at a good price. After watching Joe’s YouTube video installation was a breeze. I highly recommend Joes GE.

Its funny how much of a ripoff Apple is. Im a Samsung guy for this apparent reason and Joes GE proved it. They fixed what Apple wanted $200 for for $55. I accidentally broke my fiancee's Beats Studio 2.0 wireless headphones and found Joe's reviews online. They completely lived up to the expectations. I would totally recommend and most likely will use them again. If they were smart they would open up this service on the East coast and save a Crapton of $ on shipping.

I am so impressed with Joe's GE!! My Fitbit Charge 2 started acting up. Thought it was the battery. My sister told me about this company. The repair price was well within reason. I also received it back very quickly! Way to go!!! You'll be impressed too!! Thank you Joe's GE!!!!!

Was thrilled to find Joe's when Apple informed me my son's Beats Headphone didn't qualify for repair under their warranty. Faced with a paperweight, another $300+ expense, and a disappointed kid, I went searching for options. Joe's was able to provide me a solution for a very reasonable cost! Joe's was easy to deal with, great with communication, efficient, and that's not all! They have a 100 day warranty that they were willing to start on Christmas Day as the repair of these headphones are going to be a Christmas surprise. I was very grateful for this extention. Thanks!

I sent my wired Studio Beats in for headband replacement and for less than a third of the cost of buying them again, and very quickly, I have headphones as good as new! These guys are great!
