“Nice website. Nice repair tutorial. Part was more expensive than similar parts on Amazon. But there were some horrible reviews for the amazon parts. So I went with Joes GE part. Installed it with no issues. It has been about 2 months with no issues yet. Apple wanted $450 to repair beats head phones (they only cost $350). Joe’s part was 45 for a quick repair.”

“Very pleased with the service I recieved! My husband was very surprised when i told him his beats headphones were fixed. We almost threw them away when they weren't working but i found Joes GE and gave it a shot, and they fixed them for a very reasonable price! I love that they pay for the shipping for your item and had a quick turn around. They were also very good at communicating with me and answering my questions via email. I highly recommend!
