“Bad return shipping process, needs more attention. My item supposedly shipped out on a certain date per customer but received it 8 1/2 days later. No real reason given for the delay, only excuses. Poor, poor customer service!!”

“I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. They have a wonderful system that is extremely transparent and quick. I received both a text message and an email confirming that they received my headphones. After that, they informed me of the diagnosis and cost of repairs. Once I confirmed that I wanted the repairs completed and paid the invoice on my phone, I received an email within a day informing me that the repairs were completed and providing me with tracking information for my package. This is a great company that really knows how to get things done in the tech age. I don’t care to speak to representatives on the phone, but want to do everything the “Amazon” way if that makes sense — completely from my phone and with constant electronic updates. That’s what you get from Joes GE. I’ve had two different sets of Beats by Dre headphone repaired after I called an apple cerrified repair company that just told me to buy new headphones. I’m happy I came across this website and was able to save the money on new headphone. I’ll definitely use this company in the future and would highly recommend trying them out if you want to fix your expensive headphone instead of spending more money to buy a replacement.”

“Very pleased with Joe’s GE. They fixed our beats headphones charging port. Apple repair was $199 and Joe’s was only $70. Very professional, did what they said they were going to do in the time they said it would take. From sending the headphones to when we received them back was less than 2 weeks. Will definitely send our electronics to Joe’s for repair in the future.”
