“Got my beats solo III headphones repaired and very happy! The process to send them in was very easy, good communication about the repairs, quick to fix and send back. Would definitely recommend.”

“Joes GE was super awesome about keeping in touch with what is recommended to get my headphones working like they normally would. And they didn’t start fixing them until they got the go ahead with that I agreed to have fixed. And I got them back in a quick manner and they worked good as new. I thought I was a goner when I broke them because it was so expensive at other places but Joes GE had very reasonable prices. I can’t even tell that they were broken. Thank you so much Joes GE! Definitely will send my things there if they break again.”

“I shipped my Balmain Beats all the way from Tampa, FL to replace a gold speaker with a black one because I crushed the plastic part. However, they were actually able to restore the gold plastic part very well without having to replace it. The free shipping was very convenient and helpful. The price and the speed of the service can't be beat anywhere else in the world. Absolutely going back to them for Powerbeats servicing. 17/10!”

Jose is excellent at repairs and communication before during and after your transactions with them. “I sent in my Apple Watch (screen was broken) and two pairs of wireless beats headphones (just stopped working). I got a quote to repair within 2 days after mailing off my items. If I had a question, I would get a quick response via email. My watch and headphones were fixed and mailed back to me within 7-10 days. Which was perfect timing before my fiancé left on a work vacation. I would highly recommend this company!”

“I admit to succumbing to skepticism when I read accolades about Joe's Ge online. Hesitantly, I sent my beloved Beats earbuds to Joe's. Within a few days I received an email stating my earbuds were received and under review. Another day or so later, I had a reasonable quote sitting in my Inbox. I initially thought my battery died, but it turned out the missing volume button on my cord was draining my battery so the earbuds would never keep a charge. The cost of my repair was $50, which I found reasonable since I use my earbuds almost daily. The entire process was transparent and quick. After a few days, my Beats arrived, neatly packaged in a padded envelope. I will definitely send my items to Joe's again should the need arise.”

“Ordered a part on a Friday night but discovered part wasn’t broken a couple of hours later and tried to cancel it on line. Called Saturday morning and left a voice mail to cancel order but part was shipped out anyway that same morning. Joes GE called me Monday morning and apologized for not being able to cancel the order and sent me a return label by email so I could return the part at no cost to me. Now that’s good customer service!”
