“Sweet and short, I'll be using Joe's for all my repairs”

“Great and fast service. Had my son's Beats Studio 2 wireless headphones repaired (broken hinge) and returned within 7 days, and that included the weekend. Headphones are good as new. Headphones were wrapped in bubble wrap and packed very securely in the package they returned to me, much better than how I sent them. They also communicated effectively and very timely.”

“I sent my Fitbit in since the battery wasn’t holding a charge but their fix was to replace the motherboard instead of replacing the battery. I got the Fitbit back and it’s still not holding a charge so it was pretty much money spent on nothing.”
