I was really unsure at first about the process but I wanted to get my Dre beat fix without me having to do it. It was free shipping and they texted me letting me know that they got my Dre Beats. It was great communication from start to end and highly recommended them to anybody.

When I got my Fitbit back from you and tried to sync it, I came across the Windows 10 unable to sync issue. I paid $100 for repairs but now my watch sits on a shelf, completely unusable. I know its not your problem but you would think someone there has heard of this issue and could have given me a heads up - if they had, I wouldn't have gone ahead with repairs, I have just basically thrown away $100. If I cant sync, I cant correct time, date, settings or anything else so my Fitbit is now useless. Your customer service was great, except the repeated suggestions that I go into advanced settings to correct problem. If I cant sync, there is no such thing as getting into advanced settings, aren't your techs aware of this? Bottom line, thanks for repairing my Fitbit, but I wish I hadn't.

We are a repairs company and repair the devices that are sent into us and offer troubleshooting steps if there are issues with devices. It would not have been possible for us to know that you use Windows 10 to sync your Fitbit before you sent it into us. We do our best to be aware of any ongoing issues with the devices that we repair but unfortunately, sometimes we are unaware of ongoing issues that are unrelated to the repairs we complete. We do our best to ensure that each customer we work with has the best experience that they possibly can and would love to continue to troubleshoot with you. In this case, it sounds like the best option would be to simply pair the Fitbit with your phone if you have one since the pairing issue is happening on your computer. I do see that you reached out to us previously and we offered troubleshooting steps to fix the problem and you said that you would try them. We never heard from you again after that so it seemed reasonable to assume that the issue was resolved. I was favorably impressed with my entire experience with Joe's GE. First, the free postage with very concrete instructions on how to print postage label and pack my item. Communication every step of the way up to my package having been delivered back to me. A very explicit estimate of repair, showing both necessary and recommended repairs. Prompt response to a question I had. Even advice on how to avoid needing this same repair in the future. It was all good. I am very pleased with my working-like-new item!!

I had an amazing experience using Joes. After purchasing a new hinge from Joes to try and repair headphones on my own, I quickly realized that I had bitten off more than I could chew. I decided to send them in to Joes for repair. The website is easy to use and once my headphones were delivered to Joes I received an email and text message. It only took 2 business days to get a diagnosis and repair cost. They even used the hinge that I originally purchased! The repair was completed that same day and I got my headphones back 3 days later. Joes has it figured out and I would recommend them to anyone.
