You need another feedback rating above “Very Good”. How about “You Totally Rock!!” You guys do rock! The process of submitted order, package send, constant status updates, and return shipment is spot on. PERFECTO!! And pricing is well worth the end result. Sent a broken, unusable Beats Studio 2 headset and got back a fully usable product. Back to original specs and works perfect. Thanks Team! Love your service, your customer service, and value. You guys Rock!!

Had an Ionic that had the magenta triangle. Joe's repaired the the watch and now it's good as new. Joe's is always communicating so you know whats going on. Repair was fast and shipping was also fast.

Joe's is the best place to send your beats by dre to get repaired. I broke 2 pair of headphones at the gym sent them to Joe's for repairs they came back looking like new headphones. Thanks u guys are the best at what you do. 5 star service.

Joe’s GE communicated very well during the whole process. They made me aware of everything they were doing to repair my headphones. They notified me when my headphones were in the mail and when they arrived. I am really pleased with the repairs that were made.

I paid for a repair on my beats studio 2. The customer service and speed of delivery were great. However, after about a week and a half only using them twice the plastic on the earpiece snapped in half. I don't like writing bad reviews but this was kind of a waste of my money.

We did use brand new parts that are the same or better than the original Beats parts to repair your headphones. Our warranty does not cover physical damage to the items that we repair but we would love to offer you a discount on the repairs to your headphones if you are interested in sending them in for repair.
