“Absolutely blown away. Thought my expensive headphones were garbage as the plastic broke. Apple refused guarantee and the whole thing was a mess. For just a few bucks I fixed this. Amazing. The head clip even comes with the tools you need. Absolutely love this”

“Unfortunately I can't locate the before pictures but I've tried attaching the after but not seeing it attach for whatever reason (maybe files too large). Anyhoo they did an absolutely AMAZING job on my Executive Beats, that were sitting in a box for over a year and a half, thinking they were done and might need to apply tape. (How ghetto would that be) I wouldn't hesitate to send them ANYTHING, literally looks brand new, and back to full use like nothing ever happened. Small note to Joes GE Team, if you're not overwhelmed with work, may benefit your team to do an advertisement on IG. If not for a co-worker I would have never found you guys or even think to look. I'm sure there are many like me that could benefit from your services with a small reminder or IG add displaying your services! Thank you again for resuscitating my Executive Beats!”

“This was my first experience with Joe's and they did a great job! I had to sets of broken Beats Solo 3 wireless headphones. One of them was a mechanical problem with the hinge and the other was a problem with the electronics (the sound wasn't working in one ear and then the bluetooth seemed to go out). Anyway, they did a great job! They communicated well and helped me understand what would happen each step of the way. They were quick and professional. Though I will never buy Beats again, I definitely recommend Joe's for anyone needing a repairs. BTW, both of my headsets were like new, and I don't know for sure, but I think they went out of there way to clean them up and maybe even put some new ear pads on because they looked newer than before.”
