“After the ridiculous quote Apple gave me I searched the web for an alternative. When I was on the phone with the staff from Joes it was professional all the way. The speed in which everything happened was exceptional. The price was well worth it. The work was spot on. The experience was great. My Beats are back to life and I’m extremely impressed with Joes. Would recommend for sure. If I need work done this is where I will go always.”

“I lately repaired my broken Beats headset. I searched the web and found about their service. I got a quote online and when I accepted the quote I received a usps label to send my headset to them. Once they received, they repaired it within the timeframe they promised. The headphone was shipped to me and it looks like a new one now. They have a good service and quality of customer service is excellent. I hope I will jot break my headset in future but if it happens I will use Joes service again.”

“I was honestly skeptical about JoesGE at first because the positive reviews seemed too good to be true. After doing my research (viewing the Instagram profile and Youtube videos), I realized that JoesGE is legit and decided to send in my Beats headphones for repair. The left speaker was broken and no sound came out of it because my dog had chewed it up. JoesGE fixed the sound issues and made my headphones look BRAND NEW as if it was never damaged in the first place. I received my headphones in about a week, which is pretty fast considering there is usually shipping delays due to COVID-9. TDLR; I recommend JoesGE because they truly care about customer satisfaction, they are extremely professional, they are very responsive. You'll be in good hands with JoesGE.”

“Joes did exactly what they said they would. They paid for shipping shipped broke headphones to them, they quickly responded with very reasonable cost to fix them. I agreed with the price and they repaired and paid to send them back within a week. Like “new” beats headphones. Very satisfied and I am sending them another pair to get fixed.”
