“I highly recommend Joes GE. My item was repaired quickly (& easily!) for far less than it would have cost to go through Apple. I received multiple text & e-mail updates from an actual human who was able to answer all of my questions & concerns after I mailed my item off. Joes GE even replaced the charger cord for me so that I did not have to shop for a new one! I am extremely happy with the service & will use Joes GE again for any needed repairs.”

“After being told by Apple that they will charge me 200.00 dlls for replacing the battery on my beats earbuds ( there are crazy ) I came to joes GE website and order a replacement battery at super great price the order process was super easy and they're shipping was real fast honestly I got it way sooner than expected now I'm able to enjoy my workout with my music all the way up without a spending 100s of dollars thanks joes GE this i highly recommend this guys good quality products super fast shipping and great customer service”
