“sent in my Apple watch for battery replacement, the back cover opened up due to a swollen battery. Apple could not replace the battery since the watch is a legacy product. I found Joe's on line, signed up for repair and was sent a shipping label for shipment. After a few days I received an email indicating they've received the watch and I would be receiving an estimate shortly. I received the estimate, approved it, then I received another email asking for payment. Once I made payment, the repair was done and I received another email indicating the repair was complete and had been shipped along with tracking info. Watch is working great, the new battery lasts just as long as the original. My experience with Joe's was nothing but great, excellent customer service and communications, their repair costs is reasonable and affordable.”

“The charging port to my Beats stopped working so I couldn't use them anymore, but they fixed it and they work like new again! They also offered to change out the earpads (with a fee of course, but it wasn't expensive or anything) because those were beginning to fray. I'm quite thankful for that offer, I didn't know they could do that, and it saves me from having to change them out myself :D Very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend!!”

“I sent a Beats Solo wireless headphones for repair. On receiving the headphone, Joe's performed an inspection and provided estimates for the recommended repairs for approval. After the repairs, an invoice was sent and the headphones sent back. The headphones has been working well so far.”

“Had two Beats Solo3 repaired at same time, both with the same common issue of one side speaker not working. Joes repaired them quickly and had them back to me in a week, even though I am located on the other side of country. The only minor complaint is the glue/tape for one of the ear cups has loosened and comes off now just after a few months of use.”

“Service and communication was on point. Very responsive to all my inquiries. Sent me free shipping postage for me to send in my grandson's head phones. I was notified in advance once they reviewed the damage of the repair cost. Cost was higher then the initial quote but I authorized the repair. The head phones looked, and worked great once I received them. My grandson was very happy with the results.”
