“I was skeptical and nervous to send my sons $350 Beats out to a company I didn't know for repair. From start to finish, I was impressed with this company. They kept me up to date every step of the way and I even got some comic relief from their emails. The price for the repair was 1/3 of what Apple was charging. I cannot thank you enough!!!”

“My Beats Studio 3 broke in the same place all Beats break. The hinge that connects to the headband. They fixed it. Takes a couple days for pre sales email response. But once I shipped the product, they got it back when promised. At price promised. Couldn’t reach them via telephone for presale questions.”
