“At first I thought they were too good to be true because the price was actually pretty good. So I did research to make sure they weren't a scam I read reviews looked at their website and socials, I even looked at their instagram and dm'ed their followers. When all I heard was good I started the process and it went very well I sent them in, got a diagnosis and gave the okay for the repair. I got updates on the status of my repair a lot and I got questions answered. I can honestly say my only complaint is sometimes it took a little while for a text to get a reply but that is really irrelevant when you see how good they are at what they do.”

“Very happy with the repair service and the overall process. This is the first time I used their services to repair Beats 3 studio. Contacted them via email and never needed to talk to anyone in person. All communication was over email. I did not know if I could trust them or was I getting into some scam. They fixed the headphones to perfect working condition. Very glad that they do not overcharge for shipping and include shipping cost in total repair charge.”

“I had an issue with my Beats headphones and needed someone to fix them. I took a chance and sent them to be repaired. Not only did the good folks at Joes get them working, but they kept me updated every step of the way. No repairs were done without me knowing first. You can’t beat the prices and they even paid for shipping. I won’t use anyone else. They won me over from day one.”

“My daughter had damaged her Beats headset and I was already thinking that it could not be repaired. I did a quick web search and found them. Communication was easy and process was simple. They provide all instructions and USPS documents. The most difficult part was finding a box that would fit the headset and didn't go over weight. Within two weeks the headset was back home working again. Thank you!”
