“Finally, a way to repair a Fitbit! Was super stoked to discover Joes GE, after years of being told by the company that they couldn’t be repaired. Sent my Charge HR 2 to them for a cracked screen, got it back good as new, for 1/3 of the cost of a new model...WITH a screen protector! Great service & communication, fair price...what more can you ask for? Would definitely use Joe’s again if the need arises, and highly recommend them.”

“My elderly Fitbit Surge needed a new battery, and, I had found a year or so ago about Joes GE on-line, but I didn't have the nerve to attempt it. I struggled through a year charging it daily until it was finally impossible. I emailed Joes GE: they emailed me a ticket to print out. I packaged the Fitbit and off it went. I IMMEDIATELY heard that Joes GE was tracking my package, and would let me know ASAP when they got it and when it was sent back to me. All went as smoothly as possible, and I was charged one flat rate including the shipping BOTH directions! This was the EASIEST Transaction I ever encountered! Would happily send anything that needed electronic repairs, AND recommend Joes GE to all my acquaintances!”

“I found Joe's through a Google search and was very pleased about the amount of information they had on their website. Within a few minutes, I had a probable diagnosis and repair solution for my Beats headphones, as well as an estimated cost to either repair it myself or have Joe's do the repair. I decided to send it in and used the mailing label they provided, and within a couple of weeks they had my headphones repaired and returned to me. Every step along the way, the technician from Joe's contacted me. I really appreciated the great customer service, reasonable prices, and having my headphones back good as new. Thanks.”
