“My experience with Joes GE was exceptional. I sent in my daughters Beats to be repaired just before Christmas. I was notified when they received the headphones, provided a quote for the work, and given a timeframe for the repair. The work was done on time and my headphones were returned very quickly. Everything about the experience was positive, from the communication with staff to the quality of the repair. I am very satisfied with the work, and would recommend the services of Joes GE to my friends and family.”
