Wow! I was a bit skiddish to use an internet company to repair my Fitbit, but the reviews were good and I couldnt afford to dispose of another fit bit so I gave it a try. The communication was above expectations and the speed of the repair exceptional. The repair was completed and the Fitbit back in my hands in a little over one week. All in all fabulous. I have recommended them already to everyone I know. Now if I could just find someone to repair all the "disposable" Keurigs I have!!! Thanks Joes GE for being excellent at everything you did! Ease of shipping, ease of payment, fun and friendly customer service, repair cost and repair time--it was all great! You made the bad thing that happened to me the best thing that ever happened to me this year so far!

It’s great to have a company with all the replacement parts for your beats super easy watching a video of your guys to replace Solo 3 speaker. Only thing that I would like to be better is the 3M tape sent with new speaker to hold ear pad on. Pad keeps falling off. But with that being the only thing I would use your guys again for my repairs.! Thanks again for everything

I needed my BeatsX repaired the process was fast. My earbud could not be repaired but I was offered a refurbished pair less than the retail price and they work perfect.

Really helpful people, they fixed the problem and it didn’t take long at all. But I had one problem which was my right side doesn’t stay shut and they wanted me to pay for it to get fixed even though it wasn’t my wrong doing. Other then that I defentally will tell people about you guys and I’m looking forward to sending my little sisters in.

This was definitely too long and we are sorry for this delay. This was through the Christmas season and we had received an extremely large amount of incoming services which caused a few days of delay.
