I put my headphones in bubble wrap, found a mailing envelope, and used the pre-printed label that they provided, which meant I could just leave it on my porch for the mail carrier to pick up. They emailed me promptly with an estimate, and I gave the okay. Soon thereafter, they mailed the headphones back - fixed!
