“I needed my brand new beats fixed after our family puppy decided to chew on them. I thought they were going in the cycle bin. But i looked up joes online. It was really easy. Pick out my problems summited my repair request. I recieved a postal label and sent them in. With in 1 week the ninjas over at joes had them repaired and sounding great. I have already sent in an older pair of beats in for repair. Trust them....I do! I have to have my music!”

“Great experience with Joe's GE! Had a pair of Beats I needed fixed and Joe's took care of Them! I checked with Apple to see if they were still under warranty (they weren't), and Apple was going to charge $130 to fix! Joe's did a fantastic job, and had them back to me in about 7 business days. Highly recommend. Thank you!”
