“Repair works as expected !. unfortunately there seems to be some debris left in each bundle holding the speaker. it's noticeable when you move or shake the headphones.”

“free shipping, timely service, clear diagnosis, clean repair! I watched their PCS repair on Youtube and decided it was not worth working on it myself. The repair was well worth it, and on top of that, I received the headset cleaned like it was brand new. I am pretty sure they installed in brand new earpads at no charge, which is highly appreciated!
