“Have to admit I was kind of skeptical about these guys didn't know if they were the real deal and wouldn't end up losing them or getting ripped off, but I'm glad I tried their services I have my beats repaired, charged a fair price and the turn around was quick,excellent customer service and they have been working great since I got them,i definitely would reccomend them and will use their services again if needed,the beats they repaired are the blue solo 2,which you can find easily and these guys got them back to me like new,thanks Joe's GE for and awesome job,”

“Identified Joes GE on Google, for repairing headphones. The process for initiating a repair order and generating a cost estimate for repair was easily accomplished following the instruction on their web site. Communications with the customer was immediate and timely throughout the process. Headphone were repaired by replacing the audio jack. Quality of the repair work and materials used were outstanding - the price was very reasonable. Item was return on schedule. I highly recommend Joes GE and will confidently call upon them again in the future for any electronic repairs!”

“WONDERFUL service! They communicated with me through messenger and email regularly to keep me updated on the status of the repair. I was nervous to send them to someone I didn't know but they put me at ease immediately. When I received a message that they had received them and would be sending a quote, etc...I knew I'd done the right thing.
