“I am beyond thrilled with the support provided by Sequence. I was ready to make major changes in my health and Sequence was the perfect choice for me. Lessons help me learn, support responses are very timely, access to a nutrition specialist was an added benefit and most importantly- the staff understood my goals. In only 4 short months, with Sequence’s help, I’ve lost 45 pounds! I feel so much better and will continue my journey with Sequence. Friends and family are seeing my progress. I always recommend Sequence to anyone interested in starting the same journey.”

“Nothing custom about the service. They offer you a list of suggested weight loss GLP-1 options. You're basically freestyling from there going down the list to see which your insurance will pay for. They offer ZERO support and ZERO guidance your basically wasting time as they come back to you with each selection to let you know how you DON'T qualify for this or that GLP-1 because you don't have the required pre-existing condition. My question was why offer this as an option if you know I can't get that prescription without having been diagnosed with that condition. Super slick way to scam customers out of $49 to $99 a pop!”

“I started with Sequence after a bad time with another company. Several of my co-workers use this program and it is phenomenal! My BMI was 38 when I began, and my fasting blood sugars were >100. I am losing weight and feeling great! My blood sugars and blood pressure have improved. Mounjaro is the medicine, and my provider is amazing! I plan to reach my weight goal then do a maintenance dose. Although I still have a way to go, I highly recommend this program. I will be helping my husband join soon, who is disabled and diabetic.”

“Paid the $49 to join, only to find out that I’m not a good fit because they claim I have a family history of multiple endocrine neoplasia. Which I do not! I was excited and hopeful to get started and they canceled my membership because of something that is completely untrue. I had to google what it even meant because I had no idea. They couldn’t possibly have gathered that information from my short survey I took. Extremely unhappy. I am waiting for a response from Sequences care team. But this absolutely took a shot at my mental health when I finally committed to a program for help and get shot down without a chance.”

“I have been continuously please with the professionalism, expertise, and care I have been receiving from my Sequence team. My care coordinator replies timely, my Dr explains the treatment plan and addresses all my medical questions and the nutritionist I met with today provided me with great suggestions to help me maximize my health goals!”

“Was a very frustrating experience. Could not get a direct answer on any of my questions. Kept explaining that the savings coupon was not being accepted at my pharmacy and received no help. They got their money from me and I ended up with nothing.”

“My care team has been AMAZING! I just had my first meeting with Summer, the dietitian and she was so down to earth! I love that she gave me small changes to make that are REALISTIC which is so important! My care team is nothing short of amazing!”

“Let me start by saying I had great results with Mounjaro. The staff was always great but I scored this low because it was always a challenge to get the prescriptions from the pharmacy. I spent hours every month trying to get Sequence and the pharmacy synced to get the discounted price. I guess the team at sequence decided that they didn’t want to help any longer and deleted me from their account. This is great but be prepared to spend 5 to 7 hours a month going back and forth to get the prescriptions.”

“I waited more than a month for an appointment. When my appointment finally came, I waited an hour for someone to connect to the appointment. They never connected. They apologized, said they’ are “stepping away from that provider” and said they could get me in next week. They also give me a 25$ credit to my bill. That next appointment rolls around and the same thing happens. Very frustrating and poor business skills. Hopefully getting refund is easier than seeing a provider.”

“Weight is something I’ve always struggled with but more so since having my daughter. I tried diets, working out, etc with no real success or even long term sustainability. I was really feeling down on myself because I didn’t feel or “look” the way I wanted to. In my head I just wanted to be back to my 21 year old, prebaby self. After hearing about Sequence, I decided to join and OMG, I am SO HAPPY I DID. I was shown that I am not alone, that my struggles are real, valid and can be addressed. The support of everyone from my care team has been amazing. The best part is that it’s not complicated. It’s easy to understand, easy to follow and easy to maintain. Meeting with the nutritionist also helped so much- it was reaffirming and my goals are so easy to keep up with. So far I’ve lost about 10 pounds but have seen so many more changes to my body- my clothes are fitting loose, my face puffiness is down and my rings fit me normal now! And this is just my starting point 6 weeks in. I’m so happy and feel like it’s such a blessing to have joined. I cannot wait to see what the next 6 weeks on look life for me!”

“Initially, I had a great experience. Then I was "transferred" from Dr. Nadolsky's care (without any discussion/warning) to a provider who literally copy/pasted his texts to me (and when I inquired that it seemed he hadn't looked at my chart, he said he just copies everything bc he has so many patients and it's faster). Then I was transitioned from my initial "care team lead" to a new individual who never materialized. Despite promises on the text interface that replies happen "within 1 business day" I went 4 days waiting to hear from him -- and still haven't. Since it's regarding a refill on a script, it's unprofessional and beyond frustrating, and there's no other way to contact people.”

“Like many, I have struggled to lose weight as I’ve gotten older, despite my best efforts. When I heard about the success many were having on Mounjaro, I signed up for Sequence and necer looked back! I have been so impressed with the Sequence platform - from the providers to the care team and nutritionists - everyone has been so responsive and helpful. I’ve had no issues with getting my medication on time, but I know the team is always there to assist if I run into any challenges. And, Mounjaro has been a god-send! I’ve lost about 12 pounds in the first four weeks and feel better than I have in years. Glad to be part of the Sequence program!”
