“Have been using sequence for about 1 year, I have dealt with the hurdles of getting Mounjaro and believe me they are frustrating. I have been successful at losing weight (54lbs) but essentially I only use a sequence for the prescription. I can do it w/o their support. I am most frustrated with the time delay it takes to respond to messaging. It is especially slow anytime during a weekend or holiday so I do not find them a high reliability company, far less than that. Because of the lack of timeliness in getting back to you many times I've missed my scheduled dosing. Getting back to you in 2-5 days is outrageous.”

“I cannot say enough amazing things about the Sequence program. The Dietitian and Fitness programs are amazing and my care team and clinician are so fast and friendly. I'm finally a "normal" weight for the first time in my adult life and hope to stay a member for ever!”

“First it took forever to get a prescription. I got a script for Wegovy, even though I started in April and supplies stopped again in May of 2023. My pharmacist stated every physician should have known about the upcoming shortage. I took it for a month with no side effects lost some weight it was great! Then they stopped making it..again. They put me on Saxenda which is a daily injection. Worst medication ever! Had immediate side effects went to ER for abdominal pain etc. I made the mistake of being honest about this with the online clinician. My blood work was high but within range. He wanted me to take more blood tests and get more paperwork in order to continue Wegovy in September… two months later when and if they began production again. It took me three months to get two, two month prescriptions from this company due to lack of on-time communication. I refused more tests as I am now feeling great since I took MYSELF of Saxenda. Long story short I paid this company hundreds and countless trips to get tests and letters and in the end I got nothing. Cancelled my subscription; there are far too many companies like this out there to be so inconvenienced by one.”

“Just clickbait for weight watchers.. you'll spend a lot of time filling out information and they'll tell you you don't qualify and they will send you to weight watchers. Total waste of time”

“This program is amazing. Everyone is extremely supportive and caring. I've lost 60 pounds since joining the Sequence family and I couldn't be happier. I feel better, I'm more active , my mood is better, I'm very happy with my progress / results. Obesity is a disease and this program allows access to medication to treat it. You never know what people deal with in life, what challenges / obstacles they face that hinder weight loss so I'm grateful this program was / is available to me.”

“This is a membership scam. My appointment was with a qualified medical professional who said that I should ask my insurance company why they would approve. She indicated that I could be approved for an umber of drugs but I was denied. She showed up to my appointment fresh out of the gym or nap time. Impossible to find information on the website of how to cancel your membership. This is a scam. Beware!”

“I experienced a frustrating sequence of events while trying to obtain Monjouro medication. Initially, I was informed that I needed a prior authorization from my doctor in order to acquire the medication at a cost of $40. However, despite being assured that the prior authorization had been processed by Sequence, it turned out that they had not followed through on their promise. Consequently, I had to pay an exorbitant amount of $540 per month out of pocket for the medication. To make matters worse, upon contacting my insurance provider today, I discovered that Monjouro was indeed covered, but I simply required a prior authorization. I am incredibly infuriated that the doctor failed to submit the necessary paperwork, resulting in me needlessly spending $1040. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, particularly given the lack of any response from Sequence following this incident. Furthermore, I suspect that the positive endorsements I have come across on platforms such as TikTok and other social media channels are merely paid promotions. It is essential to exercise caution when dealing with their service.”

“I was so excited to join Sequence and get started on this weight loss journey. It has been exceedingly slow getting medication authorization and prescriptions sent to pharmacy. I even called my insurance provider myself and was told the medication is covered, however, sequence told me it is not, and I would have to change meds. I still haven’t received the new prescription/sent to pharmacy. Instead I got a message from Sequence to call around to pharmacies near to me to see if anyone has the med available. All I seem to do is wait on them to finally reply. For $99 a month, it seems I’m doing most of the work. Probably not going to stay with Sequence.”

“I have just started using Wegovy (two doses in) and have started to notice some positive results. I did not have but a tiny headache and mild nausea for a day so far. I did have to leave Sequence because I discovered I was able to pursue treatment with my primary doctor. I found Sequence to be extremely easy and reliable. In addition, they have excellent customer service (knowledgeable, professional, supportive and quick responses). I would highly recommend using Sequence and would consider using them again if something should happen to my current provider.”

“Complete waste of time. I tried to get two different medications and both would have been at least $1300 a month (even with my insurance covering a small portion of it). I asked if there were any cheaper options and even the cheapest option, assuming my insurance covered more (which seems doubtful), would have been about $700 a month.”

“I love this program. When I joined sequence was small and didn’t offer the fitness and nutrition coaches they do now (they quickly expanded after I joined). I found sequence because I had a friend doing semiglutide and they found a lot of success. So I went searching for a program that would work through my insurance and came upon sequence. My original goal was just to be able to get to a size where I could run, without pain, and without consistent injuries. I haven’t run since I started the program, but today I made the leap to try, and I ran a 14 min mile! My best mile prior to sequence was around 13:30, so here I am, a year of no running and about 30lbs lighter and I ran similar to a time when I ran a few days a week. I couldn’t be happier and I’m excited to continue on the program and lose more weight and increase my mile time.”

“This journey has changed my life. I have struggled since I was a teenager with my weight. When I was pregnant with my daughter I was diagnosed with gestinational diabetes and I gained over 75 pounds in a year. After struggling with metformin and my blood sugar and trying numerous diets, I was ready to give up. I have lost almost 50 pounds on maunjaro in 6 months. It is truly the one thing that has worked for me. Sequence makes it so easy. I def recommend.”

“Scam. They take your money and schedule a meeting. Then the day of the meeting they say that they have to reschedule 2 weeks out. Save your money and your time.”

“I have been with Sequence for 3 months on MOUNJARO this month the doctor ask for a copy of my A1C before sending in a T2D code which lead to a delay in care. I will send it then cancel my membership”

“Sequence was absolutely amazing to work with. I started my journey on October 26th and as of today, April 7, 2023 I have lost 62 pounds. I actually went to my primary care doctor today and for the first time in almost 20 years I am no longer considered obese. This program has been life changing for me to say the least.”

“HORRIBLE. Your insurance will not provide coverage if you do not have a diabetes diagnoses. Unless you can afford to pay 1000 per month (plus their 99/mo subscription fee) don’t even bother. Also, during the intake call my provider tried to tell me that these were lifelong drugs/weight loss solutions. They want you to be on lifelong medication bc it benefits them. They are trying to subscribe drugs for off label uses and insurance companies aren’t buying it.”
