“Personalized care with access to care coordinator daily, if needed. Doctor is also very accessible. Love my sequence experience so far and have been with them for over a year now.”

“This is a total scam!!! You won't get a response for DAYS, they told me my RX was ready for pickup but after THREE trips to the pharmacy I was unable to actually pick up the medication because of something they didn't do on their end (pre-auth, provide a diagnosis code etc). I am so furious that I am disputing their charge for a service that ended up not being provided. Stay away!!!!”

“I signed up for Sequence in July and the process has been painfully slow. It takes days to get a response, sometimes more than a week. After finally being informed that I qualified for Wegovy under my insurance and that the prescription had been sent out, I was told at CVS that not only is it under backorder but my insurance doesn't cover it. Why was I given false information?”

“I was losing weight and then gaining it right back again. After joining Sequence and starting Metformin I have been losing about a pound or two a week. I’m very pleased to be a part of the Sequence family.”

“Don’t waste your time or money. The company’s advertising is very misleading. It appeared as though I would be able to get the recommended medication at the price advertised before paying. After paying I was informed that the price advertised was pending insurance approval. Had I known that in advance, there wouldn’t be a need to use this company. The medication that was recommended was not covered by my insurance. I requested a refund and was not refunded the full amount even though I hadn’t received any services. They tried to say they offered other services outside of medication however it’s not worth the price.”

““Prescribed” medications 3x but never received by my pharmacy. They only care about the money. I put my subscription on hold for 1 month but they would not let me reactivate it unless I pay for the months I had it paused. Also, not much help getting your insurance to approve it. You’d still be paying$1000/pen.”

“Please be aware that this is a very expensive ($49 + ~$100/mo depending on your up-front commitment) way to access prescription GLP-1 drugs (Saxenda, Ozempic, etc) used off-label for weight loss. What they don't tell you is that these drugs are VERY expensive for average people ($1000-1500/mo) on top of the Sequence subscription if your insurance does not cover these meds for weight loss. In other word they depend of your medical/prescription insurance paying for the medication. Otherwise the only options available to you are a few non GLP-1 drugs (like Metformin) that are included in the outrageous cost of the subscription and have substantially less dramatic benefit for weight loss. So in short you are paying for a prescription that your PCP could write you. It does include a core Weight Watchers membership however the actual "diet plan" the Sequence dietician gives you is a joke. It was a 1 page handout with general diet recommendations and a picture of a plate with portion proportions that you could easily Google. Save yourself the money and join Weight Watchers directly and talk to your doctor if you are interested in weight loss drugs. (Though I am kind of angry that WW essentially scammed me out of $300 at the moment so maybe join Noom. ;-} )”

“I've had the most success and most confidence in long term success with Sequence (after sampling pretty much everything on the weight loss program/trend menu)!! The medication has finally quieted my "food noise" so I make much better choices and feel confident. My fitness coach and dietitian have been incredible. Such authentic people who understand how to work with folks that struggle with weight (no shaming!) and highly responsive. Highly recommend!!”

“I never heard from anyone via email or a call. Yet they have my money and more worrisome, they have my ID and medical insurance information. It’s been 7 days. I’ve notified my credit card company and now need to notify my medical insurance company.”

Every member is assigned a Clinician and must go through a clinical consultation. Is it possible that you've chosen a chat consultation? “I love this program. My doctor is very attentive and so is my care coordinator. They are always checking in to see how I'm doing and making recommendations. The lessons are well written with great information and the dietician I've worked with has been great. My life has literally changed for the better because of Sequence and the care provided.”

“I am excited with the Sequence program so far. It has felt thorough, warm and I am optimistic. I have loved the sessions with Rita and feel they are super helpful and easy to implement ideas. I love that I don’t have to track and no longer feel in a restrictive mindset. The meds take the edge off so I can more easily make good choices and stop eating with normal portions.”

“Superb, safe, and evidence based individualized medicine. I’m a Physician and diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine and wanted to find a legitimate clinic to help with my weight loss journey. After poor experiences with other services (incorrectly submitting a prior authorization, running out of stock, ordering inappropriate and unnecessary labs) I found Sequence who’ve been a pleasure to work with. This feels like concierge care at copay prices. The prior authorization team is on the ball, their behavioral counselors are very responsive and proactive, the behavioral modification programs are superb, and my Physician has been too notch. I’ve lost 30 lbs, am almost at a BMI of 25.”

“I have only been a part of sequence for about a week but I already love it and everything it brings with it! Your care team coordinator reaches out to you right away. You have the opportunity to book meetings with a fitness coach and your nutritionist. There are also groups along with your medical plan, there is a fitness and nutrition plan. They set you up for success!”
