“Very pleased with the online shopping experience and customer service. My items were backordered so there was a slight delay but was very pleased with how responsive customer service was to keep me informed on the status of my order. “i ORDERED A BREAK GLASS FOR MY SON'S WEDDING. IT ARRIVED VERY QUICKLY AND IS BEAUTIFUL. IT DOES NOT FIT INTO THE BAG AND THEREFORE, WE WILL WRAP IT IN A NAPKIN AND HOPE THE SHARDS DON'T GO ALL OVER. CAN'T WAIT TO SEE IT MADE INTO SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL THAT THEY WILL CHERISH FOREVER.”
