“The product offering is extensive and the items are beautiful and reflect Judaism in every piece. To match that, the customer service is excellent! “There was absolutely NO communication about my order aside from having received it. I called multiple times to ask about the order, was put on hold for an hour, and then directed to a voicemail box after being on hold. No one replied to my voicemails. Despite my ordering my son's Tallit for his bar Mitzvah a month before his service, the Tallit came literally the day before. I would NOT order from this company again.”

“Was told item I ordered was IN STOCK Three weeks later when I called about my order was told they were waiting for item to be delivered to them NO ONE contacted me throughout the 3 weeks to inform me my gift was not being sent in a timely manner. Doubt whether I shall place another order. Please remove me from your email”

“I both recommend this product, and have only praise for the reliability of Judaica.com. The scored glass had beautiful colors and even though it was a holiday weekend, their website asked when I needed it, and it was on my doorstep that morning. I have ordered several items from Judaica.com over the years, and they have never disappointed me. They are a trustworthy company to work with. Thank you, Judaica.com. “I was disappointed that I had to follow up several times regarding shippment of my item. I understand that it was the artist who was delinquent but I would have appreciated having feedback about the delay directly from Judaica.com”

“The prayer book I ordered was out of stock and I was unaware of this at the time I ordered the book. Even though payment was made promptly, I waited two weeks for delivery. I called to find out why I had not received the book and staff was very courteous and helpful. In the future, you may consider notifying customers when an item is out of stock.”
