“Great job cleaning out my late Uncle's apartment. Appreciated the fact I didn't need to worry about anything and they completed the job in one afternoon. A couple small items that were kind of out of sight were missed but nothing major. Took a lot of stress oit of a stressful time. Thanks!”

“Collectors came on time and did the job very well. Did not take long to remove all the fridges we had. Once piece of constructive feedback I would like to make is that the invoice was not the right amount, as it was double the actual amount. When I called to flag this, I was told that JustJunk would contact someone to correct this. However, I did not hear anything for a week so I followed up. While speaking with the agent, I looked at the same invoice and saw that the amount had been corrected to the right amount, so I am guessing it was edited without alerting me. It would have been nice to have been notified of this change but this isn't a big deal.”
