“I had an old,heavy washing machine which sat down in my laundry room for 7 months, since the new set was installed. They came and removed it today. They tidied up as they went and it was loaded in their truck in no time. They were polite,right on time,the price was right ,and I will certainly call them again. My Brother had them do some work for him and he recommended them to me. I give them 5 stars!”

“The "professionals" who removed a couch from my home left a gash in the wooden floor right at the entrance to our living room when they dropped it and scrapped it across the floor. I have written to the company and left emails all of which came to nothing. Everything is great until you have damage and an issue with the incompetence.”

“1/10 Poor experience - ordered this for my parents so they could have peace of mind. When the Just Junk people arrived they only took 4 items and charged my mother $300. Poor service, and no communication. Revilo Place and no additional solution to the help or service we were looking for.”

“When I called to make arrangements to have my junk picked up, I talked with Alison. I found her rude and condescending .Was going to cancel my appointment but was on a tight schedule. When I got the call from the drivers I found them pleasant to talk to. They were prompt and professional. They had my job done in a matter of minutes. Would deal Jarrett and Michael again!!
