“We couldn't have proceeded with the sale of our home without the reliable, accomodating, and courteous guys from Just Junk.”

Helpful Report

“The onsite cost was far higher than the online estimate, by almost double. I felt highjacked. They get you into a vulnerable position, then put the screws to you. On top of that they have the audacity to ask for a tip.”

Thank you for your comments, Todd. We take all customer feedback seriously and have ensured to forward yours on to management for further review.

“Great job cleaning out my late Uncle's apartment. Appreciated the fact I didn't need to worry about anything and they completed the job in one afternoon. A couple small items that were kind of out of sight were missed but nothing major. Took a lot of stress oit of a stressful time. Thanks!”

Helpful Report

“Excellent service!! From the pickup arrangement to the removal of the items, all employees were professional, efficient, helpful and thourough. Thank you.”

“Expensive, but better than renting a bin and lugging it by yourself!”

“Collectors came on time and did the job very well. Did not take long to remove all the fridges we had. Once piece of constructive feedback I would like to make is that the invoice was not the right amount, as it was double the actual amount. When I called to flag this, I was told that JustJunk would contact someone to correct this. However, I did not hear anything for a week so I followed up. While speaking with the agent, I looked at the same invoice and saw that the amount had been corrected to the right amount, so I am guessing it was edited without alerting me. It would have been nice to have been notified of this change but this isn't a big deal.”
