“Had a subscription for every 14 days. I was always charged on time BUT would receive the order days before being charged again. I LOVE the water but disappointed with the subscription process.”

“I love it. It’s so refreshing with the minimal bubbles. I only wish I could buy it in one of our grocery stores here in Columbus, Ohio area. Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and Fresh Thyme doesn’t carry them yet.”

“Hello, I was very excited to find just water lemon and Blackberry product especially because it’s water infused without any carbonation/pop. I have a standing order. However the reason for the three stars is because you changed the organic/natural infused organic essence with natural flavor that doesn’t taste at all the same, it has a bitterness to it that the organic infused essence doesn’t. Also since you changed it Blackberry now tastes like cherry (i’m not a fan of cherry flavor and I am allergic to mint, therefore the only flavor I can get is lemon what doesn’t taste the same anymore.) Anyway I hope you can go back to infusing it with organic essence and not continue using the excuse of cOVID-19.”

“I’m not a water drinker but I was told by dr. I had to drink it . So I ordered a few different kinds and this is by far the best water I ever had I will never drink anything else it’s so fresh and clean it’s the BEST WATER! *****”

“It took 4 weeks to get my first 5 to get het 2nd then 6 to get the last one. But they charged me $79, $29 then another $29 and most of the waters were broke or only half full some even empty”

“I love how sustainable the packaging is but every time I order there’s always several leaking. The tops are very delicate and tear off easily so you can’t drink from the bottle a lot of tops bc the top mouth fell off”

“I love the taste of the water - so refreshing! My only complaint is that the fizziness/carbonation does not last to the end of drinking the water-goes flat pretty quick. Perhaps it's the high altitude in Denver, CO - but I don't have the same issue with other carbonated beverages. Maybe consider a 12 oz. bottle.”
