“Love the water, concept, packaging, sustainability, etc. Wonderful solution to traditional water bottles if you need something quick to go as an alternative to plastic one-use bottles. JUST water uses plant based packaging (sugarcane and trees). I would like to see them go towards bamboo since that is much more sustainable (20 times more) than trees. Overall, good water and shipping options.”

“Love the water, the packaging, the message and the business model. Was disappointed that six of the 1 liter bottles from an order 6 cases were damaged and leaking. (3 different boxes) The water was still drinkable when transferred to a reusable receptacle but this isn't acceptable.”
