“I love the water, however, every shipment I receive has broken or leaking bottles. My last order was reboxed and I only received 1/ 2 of the case. Fed ex throws the boxes around and the bottles are always damaged.”

“The mint water itself is my favorite however my first order was damaged. Most bottles were smashed. They gracefully sent me an replacement but when that also arrived damaged to the point the bottles wouldn't even stand. I was done and didn't even bother to notify them.”

“Love the water. Only issue is with the 1 liter bottles. The 1 liter bottle tends to always have a drink of water left in the bottle that is hard to get out. Just a lot of wasted water over time.”

“I love that this water comes in an environment friendly packaging!! The only downside is that sometimes the bottles have gotten a bit damaged when they arrive and the spout is peeling off.”

“The water is great! Unfortunately, a few of my bottles were bust upon delivery. I noticed after I opened the box. There was still water in the cartridge so I consumed the busted cartridges first”
