Thieves and liars is this website ,like everybody else l had £35 out of my ac when they said a £1. Its a pity that such site are allowed to operate. May all who work for this scum site rotten in hell for stealing from people through deception.

AN ABSOLUTE CON, avoid like the plague. An absolute con. The AI bot will tell you that speaking to an expert will cost you just £1 but when you enter your details you are actually signing up to membership. It’s cost me £48. Absolutely no point speaking to customer services, computer says no. Absolute scum of the earth company. Would be 0 stars but it won’t let me give a zero! AN ABSOLUTE CON, avoid like the plague.

Just checked bank account and £38 pending to be taken. I have never set up a membership so how did this happen? Seem to have cancelled future membership but need confirmation and refund as this is theft !

Like others, I thought I was paying a one-off fee of £1.00 and only discovered I had been charged £30 and signed up to a subscription service when I checked my bank account. I have cancelled my subscription and my bank has blocked any future payments, but I am still trying to get my £30 back

Was told it would be £1 for advice, I asked a question got nowhere so forgot about it then found they had set up a recurring payment for £30 a month so I cancelled payments but lost first payment. Stay well clear!

I’ve just been asked by JustAnswer, to improve my original review, as shown below, which proves that they don’t accept criticism, at all. I stand by my opinion, that they are operating a scam, and taking advantage of people, who are in need of help. The 'answer' that they provided, was so simplistic; 'switch it off and switch it back on again', which is very insulting. They also took £30.00 from my credit card account, without my permission, or any notification. They promised a refund, but it never arrived. Avoid this company, at all costs.

I was asked to pay £1 to see the answer for a question I asked. Nothing on that one suggests a membership, so when I got a bill for £35 I was not happy! The “customer care agent” implied it was my fault for not reading the website, when all it said on my screen was use Apple Pay for £1 to get my answer, nothing stated anything about a membership and not allowed a refund! I will be disputing this with my bank, THEIVES !

Similar experience to others on here. I paid £5 for the answer to a question (which was average at best) and then they tried to charge me £50. I only knew of the attempted charge because my bank blocked the transaction. Also they kept urging me to have a phone calll with the person providing my answer, which was £44. Probably just trying to chargeThis company is an utter joke.

Exactly the same situation as other people here. I am so sorry it happened to you guys, I got into their trap as well :( Never gave my consent to any memberships. Did not get any bills for it via email or text. Just saw it on my bank statement by accident. I asked one question, once, for £5. Next thing I see is my account being charged £50!? No email, no subscription or membership confirmation. No email confirmation that I paid. Just £50 swooped out of my poor monzo. When I contacted them they refused to give a refund! I have seen that other people here got their refunds. I had to contact my bank! STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE!

Thieves and liars. When you give them your phone number, they charge you £16 straight away. Then they message you to say that the engineer is busy and can't call you. And then, they stop answering your texts. Don't use them

Dishonest Thieves! My 1 star rating is for the fact that this site is using auto-enrol membership, at £50 a month. I asked them one question and in the stress of the moment missed the fact that I signed up to some trial membership and have to 'cancel' within 3 days. I never went back to the site and didn't realise untill 3 months later (when I saw on bank statement that I paid £150 to them). I contacted the customer service and asked for refund of the £150. I explained it was one time only that I visited (and paid for on the day), and that I had no intention or use for the membership. They however refused, using the usual "The message is on the page", and insisted on keeping the money. I find it disgusting. Even more since they are supposed to be legal advisers and as such supposed to be operating honestly ! There is nothing honest in trapping people into auto-enrol memberships. If you want to be honest, you let the trial run and give them opportunity to go and physically enroll on £50 a month memebership separately. Now that would be clear and honest approach. They are a disgrace to their profession and should be ashamed of themselves! Rest assured I will never go back to this site and will share my experience and warn anyone who would consider using their services.

This means that we were able to cancel the transaction before the funds left your account. When this happens the charge will just disappear from your account because it was never finalized. We've also refunded the October charge. The funds are made available to your bank the next business day, however, the bank may take 3-5 business days to release the funds back to your account depending on their policy. They keep trying to take £30 from my Apple Pay. But luckily I used a bank account with no money in it. They try over and over again. I did not agree to this. I would like to see their management in the gutter, with no money, no bank account, homeless, cold, hungry, thirsty, with THEIR CHILDREN IN THE GUTTER WITH THEM.

I paid the initial £5 to get a response from a bot and the wording was if you would like to get the response of a lawyer then the additional fee would be £45 I thought about this and decided NOT to carry on and 2 weeks later £50 was attempting to take from my bank account I reported to bank they cancelled my card as thought was a Scam and then still £50 came back again No Signature or contract entered into here and this is a legal unit just Not right so potentially £105 charged for a Computer BOT to answer a question sourced off Google and Wiki not impressed I checked for anything on my phone for subscriptions running and nothing live or was there

Paid the £15 to ask a question to a solicitor. Within 3 days took another £50 from my bank. No warning. Didn’t sign anything. Apparently it was a £50 a month subscription that they fail to tell you anything about! Contacted customer services on chat, as soon as you ask for refund they cut you off saying u have not answered. Thankfully I had screen shots. Even from original question proving I didn’t sign up to anything. Thank god for paying through paypal

same, its a scam, asked my question, a bot answered saying connecting you with a lawyer, then a popup appeared with someones photo saying your laywer is waiting to answer your question , I was initially suprised that someone was there so quick, paid the £5 fee and then an hour glass with no answer. will be disputed this £5 with my bank, what a scam hopefully they will not take out nmore than that

I echo precisely what Lorraine said. I would give NO STARS. I was asked to pay £1 to put a question to "the Expert" The reply was useless. I said so ...I was then asked to put another question, in fact was pursued many times by the so called "expert" who kept sending messages. Each time I replied no...eventually putting STOP in capital letters. I have now been charged £35 for further information which I never had. I would like a REFUND ASAP as this was taken WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
