“A very poor level of customer service. Their menthol pods had no flavor and a stinky smell. They just offered me 10% off my next purchase after a long conversation over 30 minutes. Is this a joke? I was told that the pods don't come with a warranty. I am very disappointed with the quality of the pods!”

Extraordinarily bad reliability, hard to believe they still turn a profit. Definitely not spending any more money on Juul products. It's a shame, they used to work well.”
