The reviews on their website are of course great! just so you know the lie about ALL of their promotions and coupons! Always have an excuse why you weren't eligible for that coupon or promotion when it's clearly stated on the add you are. customer service is a JOKE! The only reason I order online is because they stopped selling mango at the stores!

This review is based purely on their Auto-Ship option. It clearly states on their website in nice, big letters Cancel Anytime * No Commitment * No Fees. This is a lie, I signed up for the auto-ship and one month in I realized that what I was ordering wasn't enough for a month so I went to update it. It wouldn't let me update, okay maybe something was wrong with their website at the time so I contacted support. "We're sorry but your auto-ship is under commitment right now and you cannot update it until the commitment has been reached". SERIOUSLY?!?!?!?! it says on the signup page for Auto-Ship that there is no commitment. If you're fine with being lied too then just make sure you select the right amount and the exact pods you would like cause you wont be able to change it for at least 3 months.

First of all I was seeing the good reviews and have come to a conclusion that they are bogus. It literally feels like nothing with a little flavor on your lips. It does nothing for me and the menthol taste generic. I lost my Vuse vapor stick and Ju was the only thing the store I went to had. Very expensive 35 dollars starting kit that comes with no pod and the pods are a 4 pack but are so small it doesn’t last 2 hours. The Vuse tastes better the pods ar a two pack but lasts days. I will be switching back.

Juul got me off cigs for sure. But the design of the system leaves one wanting, and the price of pods is kind of insulting. To start, the design of the pod system; it just doesnt hold the juice efficiently. These pods leak, bad. The juice is too viscous to be sufficiently absorbed by the wick. This is the fatal flaw, because after the first few hits, you *have* to lightly squeeze the pod to force air up, and suck juice into the wicking, which if done wrong can cause juice to come up the air path, and into the mouthpiece. This means nic on your skin. This is a crippling design flaw. Next, the price of the pods are over twice what other companies charge for more juice. A particular product that i found at a big gas station has a cheaper, more well made battery with pods that are over twice as large, and the pods retail for less than half. If you go to smaller chain gas stations they charge upward of $20 for a pack of 4 pods. Doesnt make sense for me to keep giving juul money when a cheeper, safer, cleaner, more efficient solution exists.

They stop working, I’ve bought my second juul and as much as you pay for the pods it seems some of them have defects, the liquid leaks in quite a few of the packages , then eventually the juul just stops working like there’s a shortage, my first one I bought only lasted a month and my second one is slowly making its way to quitting on me, it’s satisfying when it works but way overpriced for the poor quality

When I first purchased Juul, I used it just for special occasions but I quickly found I preferred a sleeker, lighter pod system for all of my vaping needs. As soon as I went full time with Juul I encountered tremendous problems with charging batteries, expensive leaky pods and an unreachable customer service department. Too bad, it's a beautifully designed product and when it works, it's great. I found it unreliable, overly expensive and not as user friendly as my CYNC

Age verification process took 2 weeks to complete, shipping took another week and a half (inside USA). Customer service didn't offer much help.

I won't buy juul again. Couple of times pods leaked and they don't last. 25.00 for a pack of two? is ridiculous.

A very poor level of customer service. Their menthol pods had no flavor and a stinky smell. They just offered me 10% off my next purchase after a long conversation over 30 minutes. Is this a joke? I was told that the pods don't come with a warranty. I am very disappointed with the quality of the pods!

Too many of their pods malfunction. A waste of money. I just bought a 2 pack, a d they leaked, and both pods are gone within a day and a half. I won't spend another dollar on juul.

Very poor customer service. Massive list of requirements to register a faulty product under warranty. Customer service simply disappeared, not answering emails. My guess is all replies are automated and there is little intention of ever resolving the problem. Having looked at their track record I see a massive amount of negative feedback.

I don't use juul, BUT bottom indisputable fact is that this is a nicotine product, yes, better than smoking cigarettes, however, nicotine is highly, highly addictive and causes various health issues. This is true in any person, any age, any century despite what anyone may make themselves believe from social media or any program on netflix. I am a physician and work in development. Nicotine is a problem in any form, period. Like it or not.

Customer service is terrible, I usually get my orders on middle of the month’s, but lately it’s never in time, and when I contact customer service (Jose) he didn’t help at all.
