“I’am a 53 yo woman and I started smoking at age 13. After 42 years of smoking, I finally put out my last cigarette 7 months ago with the help of Juul. I can say, I feel a lot better in health. No more embarrassing smell of cigarettes, no more ash mess in my car. If it wasn’t for Juul I can honestly say I’d probably still be smoking. The transition was easy! Thx Juul”

“I have been using JUUL for the last 10 days and have not smoked nor felt the need to smoke a cigarette. It is a huge deal for me and I am glad that I started JUUL. My goal is to stop smoking completely and I feel like I have already accomplished something.”

“I am 45 years old i have smoked since a young kid it was the hardest thing for me ever to stop smoking i tried everything and nothing worked i tried the juul and i could not believe it i do not smoke any more none at all thats good or me i was a very heavy smoker this juul is amazing and i love how small and light it is.The only thing i would ever say is that the juul company should put chains on these to put on your keys or purse i have lost this 100 times i give it a five stars i would love to have a pink juul.”

“I am a recent user of Juul after trying numerous other vaping systems and I'm very impressed. The build quality is excellent as is the presentation (right down to the packaging). No messy filling with sometimes dubious liquids coupled with quick delivery and, on the one occasion I've needed them, brilliant customer service makes the whole experience better than good.”

“Been a smoker for 30+ years. This tiny thing is amazingly good. I’ve tried vapor pens and builds before but this tiny thing is consistently good. For the children out there complaining about not getting a decent pull, this device is not meant for your stupid vaping competitions. It’s meant to substitute a cig. Personally, I barley have to take a pill and plenty of smoke comes out. Great product!”

“I smoked cigarettes for the last 9 years. I felt I absolutely had to have them daily. Bought a juul 3 weeks ago. I finished the pack I had but only in the mornings with my coffee. I love the juul because you can hold it somewhat like a cigarette and it tricks my brain to think I'm holding a cigarette. I use juul compatible pods. Some leak, one didn't work at all but I cleaned the inside of my juul and it started working. With everything there are some flaws, but I haven't smoked a cigarette in almost 3 weeks and I love it. I love not smelling like smoke going to my kids school.”

“30+ year smoker. love my juul. haven't smoked in 2 months. I do not support the use of any vape by teens/non-smokers but I have tried the patch, the gum, and the mints to quite my decades old habbit. This worked wonders for me!”

“I have tried many different vapes and I must say the Juul is my favourite. It’s very light, portable and easy to use with absolutely no buttons. All pod flavour options are absolutely amazing. They are not advertised as waterproof but they truly are. I went swimming for about 15 minutes forgetting that my Juul was in my bottoms and it still worked. I’m so impressed with the durability. I drop it all the time and had it underwater for quite sometime and it still works PERFECTLY. I have had my Juul for six months now & I love it. Also.. it DOES NOT contain the ingredient that makes pop corn pop (the one that gives you popcorn long) like most vape options. 10/10 would recommend!”

“I was a pack a day smoker for over 15 years. I started young long ago when they had cigarette packs in machines outside of bars you could put four dollars in and get a pack. That's how I got hooked. I tried in the last two years to quit. I used all the over the counter products and nothing worked. June 17th 2019 I bought my first vape and it was Juul. I had no expectations of quitting I just thought I would give it a try. But after the second day using it I realised this could work. AND IT DID!!!! To be honest though the Juul feels so much like a cigarette I don't even feel like I have quit. Over the last month I have felt amazing health changes. Things I never thought. Like for example I can taste the air again that I breath and I can breath deep and clear now.!.! anywho.... Thanks for saving my life Juul!!!! Without question you have saved my life. I have been almost one full month now without a single cigarette. I can run again and I feel my lungs healing and strengthening every day. Even my voice has changed and is more clear. Thank you so much for saving my life with this product that actually works. I no longer inhale burnt matter with all types of carcinogens in it from cigarettes. Now I have my life back and my health and in reality it's all thanks to you. Thank you for saving my life Juul company. I really really mean it from the bottom of my heart. You saved my life.”

“I'd like to stay that however Juul made battery - H46UWNKP - is how they should all be made. Juuls are not cheap and I've had to buy like 6 of them before I got this one, that I've had for months and its still the best I've found. My roommate Juuls and he always get defective ones. But for whatever reason this specific one works extremely well. I don't have trouble with spitting (unless the pod is defective) , the hits are big and usually consistent and the battery life is still great. So Juul, make more junk like this.”

“I have smoked for 35+ years, pack and 1/2 a day, and nothing has ever helped me to stop. Believe me, I tried EVERYTHING. I even smoked while wearing patches (pathetic, I know). I got Juul a couple days ago and I look in my ashtray and see 4 butts. It is cheap (live in Illinois at $12 a pack), paying around $4.50 a pod. I also have had no problem with the age verification on the website, leaky pods, or quick batteries. I have bought my last pack of smokes :)”

“Ok so besides the fact that Juul helped me quit smoking completely, after multiple attempts with other vapes/ e cigarettes... the Juul LITERALLY WONT BREAK. A month ago I thought I had lost my Juul and was panicking looking everywhere for it in my bag, car, you name it I couldn’t find it ANYWHERE. I then opened my car door.... and there’s my Juul.. I had closed my CAR DOOR ON IT. It literally bent the entire device to the point that it was at a approximate 150 degree angle and IT STILL WORKED. I still have it... 10/10 would recommend. Durable as hell. Love it.”

“Since starting Juul in February, I am so impressed I have not gone back to smoking. At that time I had never heard of Juul. In the past other vapes have not helped me..NHS stop smoking had not helped me. There is something magical about Juul that has helped me to stop smoking. No turning back for me. “I’m 53 years old and started smoking when I was 18, 1-2pack a day Marlboro smoker,tried everything to quit, tried Juul 1year ago and have not even craved a cigarette!! No problems with leaking or no battery-device issues at all! I’ve read comments about leafing and not enough vapor, I think the pod leaking bitches are anal retentive! And for people moaning about not enough vapor, it’s not designed for that, if that’s what you want go get a big chunky mod box contraption! I think Juul is a great company it sure as hell helped me guit smoking! AND IT IS CHEAPER than smoking!”

“19 years smoking, tried everything. Found a juul in my 16 year olds back pack. I had it for a week or so. Tried it , I haven't had a cigarette in 3 months. Since I quit, two of my employees have taken up the Juul and my mother to. Yes we've had a few issues with a leaky pod or two. The convince and the fact that I don't smoke anymore, out ways a leaky pod.”

“Amazing support and customer service! I’ve had trouble two times out of three with my orders: I bought my first starter pack for 75$+ in a smoke shop next to my house. After testing all the flavors included I then decided to go order my favorites pods from the Juul website as everything there is cheaper. I ordered about a couple of other smoking devices since it was so much more inexpensive online. I payed for express shipping, as well as 4packs of pods, this order totaling about 240$. A couple of days later I only receive the 4 packs of pods from the order. I then called customer service and I have to say I was amazed by how fast it was to speak with an actual person. And how nice and caring they were! I asked if the devices were shipped in a separate order since I didn’t receive them. The associate said it might have been a mistake on their part, and proceeded to reship them, express shipping on Juul! HE ALSO GAVE ME A COUPON CODE FOR 50% off my next order!!! Just, amazing. A month later I decided to re-up my pods and once again, I ordered a couple of devices more, 3 separate chargers and 10 packs of pods (the maximum amount authorized). The total was 297$ but with my coupon, I only paid $184 including express shipping again. I was very satisfied with this order. My third and last order, I decided to re -up only on mint pods, my absolute favorites, 6 packs pods for the price of 5 with their promotion. I didn’t not pay for Express shipping and waited very impatiently for 5 days lol. Finally, I received an email saying that it was delivered around 11am. When I came back later in the evening from college. I did not find it at my door. I tried calling Juul’s customer service after contacting USPS, but both were closed (it was 7pm) I then decided to check with my neighbors if they didn’t get the package. Nothing. The next day I called Juul’s customer service in the morning and explained the issue. Personally, I suspected the package to have been stolen from my front door (my mailbox was open when I checked it) Once again, it only took a few seconds from the moment I called before I was connected with an associate that had the authority to take care of me without transferring me to other department or make me hold. The lady on the phone was very nice, and immediately re ship a new order for me, free of any charge AND with express shipping on them! With the only condition that someone be present on delivery day to sign upon it. What’s the word? Amazing! In summary, with Juul, you get what you pay for AND MORE. Great products, great team, great flavors and great care for their customers.”
