“I'm a new customer, I have only had this for four days.
If there was a rating of 0 I would have given that.
The customer service is the worst I have seen and the ID verification process is a mess.
Not everyone has Iphones or cameras for their Desktop computers so because of this, even though I am an older customer, I cannot register the Device or purchase from the store as I cannot take a "Selfie". It seems discriminatory against those who don't have $900 for a Iphone or obsessed with "Selfies"
I tried calling, Three times, they all told me that there was no other way for ID and they were sorry they could not help me register the product.
I think I will choose some other company with better customer service.”
“The machine itself isn’t bad so far. As I have only owned it for a week. But I really don’t like the fact that four pods cost 16$ and each pod only has one millimeter of oil. Normally you can get 30 miles for the same price. So if these prices become the industry standard we all are going to end up paying cigarette prices for vape oil. Which is unacceptable”

“Juul is the only vape product I have ever been able to use. I’ve been smoking for 50 years. Bought a Juul a month ago and haven’t smoked a cigarette since. Those with problems appear to be using black market pods or adding THC. As usual, there are parents out there that want to blame others for their own lack of oversight of their kids.”

“Garbage product. I’ve bought a total of 4 JUULs since June and EVERY ONE stopped charging after a month. I had one warranty replacement and they would not honor any additional replacements, even though I registered each product. After $200, I am done with these shoddy products. I’ll find another company that produces quality vapes and gladly spend my money there.”
“Terrible quality devices. Poor warranty policy. I claimed a replacement on one device that stopped charging, and I was told I cannot claim a replacement on my other two devices, instead they offered $15 off a device. Problem with that is the coupon requires a purchase of $35 or more, and the device is only $34! Sneaky, sneaky.
Customer care is no help, and my REGISTERED, 2 month old devices are not working, and they won't do anything. Completely terrible. I will be cancelling my membership to autoship, and blasting their poor quality devices all over every outlet I can.

“Delivery - I had paid for next day delivery (I ordered before 19:00). I did not receive till 5 business days later.
Packaging - they use an unnecessary amount of packaging. (Think of each pod you are throwing away after using).
Battery - awful. JUUL claim battery last 200 puffs (or about a day). I have not noticed this at all. The battery typically lasts 4-6 hours; pods last about a day (so two charges per pod, at least).
Economy - these aren’t economical at all; if you’re a regular smoker, you can expect to go through a pod a day. This works out to just under £25 a week.
Overall - good taste, looks good, feels good. However, the terrible battery and the even worse economy mean I will be switching to another product.”
“I have bought two in the last 8 months. The charge doesn’t last long. The draw and vapor smoke is weak. I’m switching to a more expensive vape pen. This juul is not worth the money. I’m throwing mine out. I don’t recommend this device!!”
“You can't buy pods in any other flavor than Tobacco and mint (which both are awful) anywhere except their website. Trying to start an account with them is impossible! The age verification process doesn't work, three of us over 40 have tried and it just doesn't work. Their customer service is a joke, they blame it on another company and tell you to use a passport instead. I'll just switch to another brand of vape to avoid juul's lack of customer service.”
