“This product is a rip off!! The pods 95% of them leak out everything barely last a day. Sometimes you can get a hit sometimes you don’t. For a two pack of them for like 15.00 it’s sad.
And forget the customer service for juul. That’s even more a joke. They request such stupid information. They want to know the store they were bought at and the time you bought them. Batch numbers, (understandable). Well here’s a list of what they want from you:
What is the batch number of the affected JUULpods? The batch number is located on the back of the JUULpod packaging. It must be the information for all the packs, and in case more than 1 pack has the same batch, please let us know.
What is the nicotine concentration of the affected JUULpods? All packs. Since you mentioned they are 5ml, could you be so kind as to confirm the exact nicotine concentration.
What is the approximate date the JUULpods were purchased? All packs.
What is the name of the retailer where you purchased the JUULpods, or did you buy it with us online? All packs.
How many pods were leaking from each pack?
What is the serial number of your JUUL device? The serial number is located on the back of your device, just below the JUUL logo. All packs.
Are the JUULpods leaking in the package, into the device, or from the mouthpiece? Please describe as much details as possible. All packs. This is because you mentioned: "there would be liquid on the sides"
Were you exposed to the JUULpod liquid? If so, did the liquid come into contact with your skin, mouth, or eyes? Provide as much detail regarding what occurred and if you were affected in any way. All packs.
How did you store your pod prior to this issue occurring? All packs.

“Pods leak. Raised the problem and I was asked numerous questions in their questionnaire and wasted so much time dealing with it with no satisfactory ending.
Tried charging device without pod to see whether any improvement. Seemed better and even changed device but leaking again. Even though their Customer Service was quite efficient and replied quite quickly I am of the opinion that all they had to do was to apologise and give replacement. I now see ( June 2024) reviews now that it happens to other users as well. Juul must rectify and at least offer to replace defective pods.”

3 out of 4 pods just won't hit. Juul apparently wants you to drink the juice.

“A very poor level of customer service. Their menthol pods had no flavor and a stinky smell. They just offered me 10% off my next purchase after a long conversation over 30 minutes. Is this a joke? I was told that the pods don't come with a warranty. I am very disappointed with the quality of the pods!”

“Very poor customer service. Massive list of requirements to register a faulty product under warranty. Customer service simply disappeared, not answering emails.
My guess is all replies are automated and there is little intention of ever resolving the problem. Having looked at their track record I see a massive amount of negative feedback.”
“I don't use juul, BUT bottom indisputable fact is that this is a nicotine product, yes, better than smoking cigarettes, however, nicotine is highly, highly addictive and causes various health issues.
This is true in any person, any age, any century despite what anyone may make themselves believe from social media or any program on netflix.

Called customer support, have to register for an account for any replacement or refund. Not jumping thru hoops for an inferior product. Alto a good product, never any problems, will stay with them. My advice, use alto or the disposable vapes. Much better quality!”

Batteries go dead after a few weeks.

“At least 75% of the pods leak within the first drag. I’d say the majority of the money I’ve spent on them went straight in the trash. Effectively double price to use them. Just a terrible company, speaking technically not morally. Awful product quality.”
