If I could give negative stars I would. This product is designed EXTREMELY cheap. It doesn't last long and very overpriced. Cigarettes were cheaper AND lasted longer. My favorite part about it, when you get a bunch of vape juice in your mouth or it leaked so much you barely vaped half of it. What a waste of money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These pods are expensive and lately they have been leaking. Juul knows about this and their still producing shitty pods while ripping its consumers off. Customer care says theres nothing they can do. DO NOT BUY!

The Mobil station on 23 mile and Romeo plank in Michigan charges 34 dollars for a July battery?????????????? Makes the junk company look real bad

The battery dies 2-3 times a day, almost every single pod I’ve gotten has leaked and that’s not an exaggeration. It’s literally every single f***ing pod. It spits vape juice in my mouth and it’s small plus it’s light so it’s wayyyyy too easy to lose. I can’t wait until this last pod runs out so I can break this pos in half. Will NEVER be purchasing one again. Would rather quit than get their product.

At 6-7 bucks a piece you would think these pods would actually work and not leak all over my hands. Build a better product and stop ripping people off. Your product sucks

I wouldn't even give them one star if I could give him 20 I would everytime I smoke a juul pod I get liquid in my mouth you don't get a good drag and that Tarot and I've been smoking them for years but finally I give up because I found a new product now that's better I liked it so much so stay away from them their garbage terrible everytime I smoke a pod I get oil in my mouth

What a waste of money! I was using Vibe Vuse with cartridges but the electric pen finally died after many years and can't find any to purchase in stores. Due to new laws on vaping, shipping is not permitted. I bought a 4-pack of Juul pods and pen at a local 7-11. To my dismay, each one only lasted one day (the Vibe cartridge lasted 5 days as I don't vape much). I wish I'd kept my receipt. After reading other posts here, they must've leaked before being used. I am miffed.

Helped me quit the awful habit of smoking for 40 years. Startee using them 2 years ago. But I am switching to something else. Tired of the pods always leaking. I only purchase at one local CircleK, have 4 devices- which I replace now and then. Seems like every 3rd box of pods I purchase leak the liquid. They are too expensive to throw in the trash. And I am sick of wiping them off & getting the oil in my mouth. Awful quality control

Juul has leaky pods, I got two packs at an authorized reseller and both were leaking, non stop. On 4 deferent devices I own. (Which would indicate that it wasn’t a device issue). The vape juice got into my mouth and everywhere else. Leaking from the top and the bottom. On all 8 pods! ( bought 2 X 4 pod packs. That came from the same batch obviously.) Bought another 4 pod pack at deferent store and I suppose that batch wasn’t defective, the leaking did NOT happen with the new pack. Which again would prove that it was DEFECTIVE PODS I was sold, and nothing that I did. When contacted Juul about the issue, they did NOTHING to help, replace or even apologize for the malfunctioning pods they manufactured and sold! Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DO NOT BUY juul pods. You’ll eventually end up with a bad product and a mouth full of vape juice. There are better and safer alternatives out there. I am definitely switching. Worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. Buyer be warned.

Batteries go out all the time. They also clog up a huge amount of time. I toss 50% of batteries every month they are that bad. I have experience so trust this post. 7 years of battle. Giving up.

The concept is perfect, if the design could follow suit. I have been a loyal juul user for 3 years and today will be the last day. For 3 years I have been buying pods and dealing with the fact that at least 2 out of 4 leak out completely. I continuously replace the devices because after the pods leak into them, they never work right again. I am now buying 2 devices a month and throwing away several pods a week. I get that the occasional pod may leak, but 50% is unacceptable. Throwing away money is not something I can do anymore. Time to move on to another option. This is such a disappointment because I really did love the idea and convenience. Such a shame they can’t make a reliable product.

I am reaching out today to Thank you/JUUL for showing me that I can do without the vape in my daily routine. Since JUUL does not have the ability to replace their faulty devices in a timely fashion as a result of this it has been; well today makes two days I have not used the vape. I refuse to purchase anymore devices since they break so quickly. I have several of them and would be more than happy to send them all to you. Since you replacement warranty does not cover every device I purchased and JUUL accused me of warranty abuse I have come to realize what a wast of $36.00 weekly on pods and the $19.99 I paid for each device was just simply a waste of money. Had JULL responded quicker I would not have come to this realization that I can do without and save the money. Since I feel I was treated unfairly and JUUL does not find it in the business plans to take serious their customers complaints. I will file a complaint with the better business bureau. I have the faulty devises to send them and will forward them as well as all the email responses I have received from JUUL. I will also make it very clear on social media that investing in JUUL if you have the desire to vape is not the way to go and they should try out other alternative vape devices on the market. It is simply amazing to me how bad a buisness can be run. Juul is up there with the worst. I apologize to you that you are the one handling all my complaints; I know you only work there and I am glad you have a job. But management is horrible. I was angry with Juul when this all started now it's off the charts. If this si the way you handle customer complaints; it is abvious Juul just doesn't care about their customers. I did place a complaint with the Better Business Bureau; let's see if Juul responds to that complaint.

Devices last less than 2 months. Pods either leak or have a rotten chemical taste, stores I have bought from apologize as the have pods leaking throughout their shipment boxes. Have attempted to contact company, but to only have been told to pay to send device &/or pods back to receive reimbursement. To all & any who see this 'SWITCH TO LIQUID VAPING. JUUL IS A FINANCIAL ILIGITAMENT PRODUCT THAT HAS NOW SOLELY BASED ON SALES & PROFIT" FOR SHAME in this company. I started in 2016 & thought it was an ultimately wonderful alternative to smoking. However, as profits went up, then down when they were no longer able to sell 'flavored' pods; they started selling devices that broke within months & pods that leaked or had an old chemical, rotten taste. Let everyone know so we can support our liquid vaping manufacturers & drive juul (& Marlboro..their benefactor..out for good)

Absolutely NO customer service. Ignored repeated e mails asking for tracking info. No response whatsoever! Tried doing the chat but ended up chatting with someone in the Philippines who had no clue how to help. Tried calling several times but no answer, please email. Buyer Beware!

They won't let you cancel orders until 8 days after it's been processed. Then, when they don't ship it, which has happened to me 3 times now, you have to go through a bunch of grief to get a refund THEN wait 5-7 days for that. Ridiculous. And generally, 1 of the 4 pods in a pack always frigging leak and it's so much of a hassle to get them to do something about it that it's simply not worth it. Company had a good idea and I understand that the regulatory environment has not been favorable. I've been patient and remained a loyal customer for several years but they just don't even try to make up for their shortcomings. Completely unapologetic. If they stay in business through the end of 2021, I'll be amazed.

The actual vape is ok. Except for the juuls pods. They are a complete rip off. 4 x tiny oil filled pods that don't last even a day?! A few hours thats it. 4 x juuls pods are £11.99 to buy for someone who was a heavy smoker this is £23.98 a day!!! The oils are £2.99 to buy for a bottle. There is hardly any oil in these pods. A complete rip off!! Cheaper to smoke
