“First time user of juul. Bought pods and device. Charged device, didn't work. Got another device, charged it, put in new pod. Didn't work . Called customer support, have to register for an account for any replacement or refund. Not jumping thru hoops for an inferior product. Alto a good product, never any problems, will stay with them. My advice, use alto or the disposable vapes. Much better quality!”
“Moved out of state and they will no longer let me order. Also, last delivery before I moved went to the wrong house. Delivery service messed up.
Batteries go dead after a few weeks.
Customer service people seem very confused and offer no remedies.”

“Out of the last 10 batteries that I bought, two worked. The rest only showed green when I connected them and hold no charge at all. A couple blink indicating short circuit. Extraordinarily bad reliability, hard to believe they still turn a profit. Definitely not spending any more money on Juul products. It's a shame, they used to work well.”

I have been vaping Vuse for some time and love their flavor, especially the golden tobacco. but I thought I would give Juul a try. I find the flavor to be God awful. The draw is not very good either. So now I have the Device and a four pack of pods destined for the garbage can. Oh Well.”
“I have tried many different vaping devices to quit smoking cigarettes, however after discovering Juul I was able to quit a 40 year pack and a half a day cigarette habit using Juul and it’s tobacco flavoured pods. They suck, go with literally any other company. Though they are raking in cash their ONLY valid selling point is that they conveniently at gas stations.
There pods leak into the device and into your mouth.
Battery life is good for 2-3weeks tops.
They lie and are dishonest about warranty practices.
There customer service is garbage so is their online account system.
Vuse is a better product but recommend going with online products/brands and ordering in advance.

“If I could give negative stars I would. This product is designed EXTREMELY cheap. It doesn't last long and very overpriced. Cigarettes were cheaper AND lasted longer. My favorite part about it, when you get a bunch of vape juice in your mouth or it leaked so much you barely vaped half of it. What a waste of money.”
