“Parcel was due to come on the 26.01.2017 - still hasn't arrived. Had exactly the same before Christmas with a consignment being delivered by Hermes on behalf of Lakeland - arrived days late and Hermes put the date it was meant to arrive on the delivery note on the website. Hermes consistently let their clients and customers down.”

“We ordered online. It was supposed to arrive yesterday and then it said on the tracking website there was an attempted delivery. This is not possible as there is a receptionist there full day and and she did not get a delivery. I am still waiting for my parcel”
