“Well I am still waiting for my shoes, which I am sure will be great and they were a good price. But why do you use Hermes for delivery? I am having to wait in all day, this is their 2nd attempt to deliver (although third attempt with another item). They give no information, except they will be delivered today. They have an app which is useless and gives no extra information, they leave unintelligible SMS messages, they left a phone no. on the card which was "no. not recognised". Because I will have to go out at some point the shoes will probably be returned to Karrimor. So, sorry, but I won't be ordering again, unless I'm sure that Hermes are not delivering!”

“I have used Karrimor shoes for the last 9 years and they have always served me well for what I have needed mainly running up and down towpaths and my backpacking holidays. Karrimor brand for me is a good cross between quality and price and given that the last pair gave me 2 years of hard use and cost less than £50 I would say is good value. Delivery is always quick and easy, and I recommend them highly.”

“Service and delivery was good, what has let them down is sending too many messages about each every stage of the order process and then after opting for no advertising from you I have received one before order arrived and one after it arrived. PLEASE NO ADVERTISING E-MAIL!!”
