“The quality of Karrimor products is consistently good and always very competitively priced. The Life fleeces are well made, good quality with discreet styling and retain their shape and style after multiple washings. They are inexpensive so can be worn with impunity. I now have three and seem to be wearing them all the time.”

“This review is not a reflection on the products which I personally think are great. My experience was soured by the fact that it turns out the two jackets I ordered were smaller than expected. Not a problem I thought, I will just return them for a larger size. Problem is I live in the USA. As such the cost of returning them registered as suggested so they don’t get lost turned out to be over 70 USD. I contacted customer service which is I guess is run by another company called SportsDirect. Setting aside that it took days for anyone to get back to me all I got was some guy called Peter copy pasting the return policy from the website as a reply to my request asking if there was a way to use the same carrier that delivered to me as a means to send the jackets back at least at an affordable cost. My next mail about the issue came back with a dry response that I was not allowed to do so. As such I went ahead and bought the two jackets again as the cost of returning the items came very close to the cost of buying them again in a larger size. I guess I can give the other two away as gifts. Conclusion? If you are ordering from overseas and especially somewhere far like the USA you better get your order exactly right in terms of size because Karrimor has no efficient affordable process or proper customer service via SportsDirect to handle your exchange. Sorry guys. Great products. Poor service.”

“You are great people great company I do like your brand from long time ago when I was in London. So I am your old customer from around 15 years ago. I have question to you, when I made order online last year one of the items was bigger than my size it was medium size but it's like large or more, I give it to my brother, what shall I do if that is happen again? I am thinking to do new order soon. Thanks alot for your service, all the best.”

“Item supplied was stained in hem. Ordered correct size but it came up smaller than it should have. I have a coat of the same make and ordered that size coat. The cost of delivery and to return it is excessively expensive and if I wanted it replaced I had no idea if I would be charged again for delivery. There is no way to contact anyone. There is no way to find out if the item can be obtained in store and if the store has it in stock.”

“Kept up to date on progress. Good prices. Relatively quick delivery. However the item I ordered is damaged and I will have to return it at my own cost. Would be much better if I could drop it off from the store I picked it up from.”
