I find that there have some Quality problems on my order. I have been sent an email to SportsDirect Customer Services . But the SportsDirect Customer Services only give me the official reply sentence. It was very useless.

My biggest issues was that the P&P was most probably £4 higher than it should have been. 1 pair of laces 4.99 delivery, nah cannot cost that much. Have ordered 6 pairs to reduce the price, but still far to much for what has been ordered.

One of the pairs of trousers has the security tag attached and has hole in them. Now I have to take them back to the shop that I had them delivered from. Will they give me back my delivery charge. I hope so

Karrimor's service was quick and efficient, bought a pair of walking shoes, nothing wrong with the shoes themselves but laces too short to do up. Karrimor's web sight only set up for returns and e mail contact form does not seem to work, no provision to be able to ring up and speak to a human being. All very frustrating, may try and take them to a local sports direct shop when I can find time, rather loses the purpose of shopping on line doesn't it!!

Sizes are inconsistent. I tried on a pair of these sandals in a shop before I ordered to check the size. They fitted perfectly. The ones that arrived by post today are much too small and will have to go back. Both pairs marked 37.

My disappointment is caused by the shipping of my parcel. I payed for next day delivery, but it did not come. It couldn't be tracked on the Yodel website. After several phone calls it seems I won't get it on the second day either.

Purchased replacement shoes on line. Had my last Karrimor's for years. Ordered same size and they were far too small. Bit of a waste of time and postage charges to be honest.

Goods delivered swiftly, but sizing appears wrong. Far too big. No phone help available, so emailed for help and auto-response came back from Sports direct saying we'll get back to you in 1 to 3 days! Still waiting and not happy at having to deal via Sports Direct....

Was taxed in Thailand nearly as much as total purchase price of shoes! While product was fine still very upset with this :(

I've marked this down at 2 star only for one reason. Although my order arrived next day (as paid for) there was a security tag attached to it! This meant I had to then take it into town to my local Sports Direct store (at the expense of parking charges!) to have the tag removed. other than that great product, great fit. Very happy with actual product.

My goods did not arrive on the promised delivery date and I had no communication advising me that the delivery was delayed. I sat in all day for nothing. Poor customer service. Can't rate the goods as I am still waiting. Receiving an email asking me for feedback before receipt of my order just adds insult to injury.

Sandals arrived but two different styles, so think they must have been returns. Obviously contents of the box not checked before despatch. Found the 'help' section on website to be of little help and only gives an email address to send a contact form. Also, it appears that the buyer is expected to pay for return postage even if the company are at fault, going by the 'help' section. Eventually found a telephone number for Sports Direct who are associated with Karrimor (email goes to Sports Direct) and a representative sent a Freepost retirns label. Very disappointed with the whole process and will not be buying from Karrimor or Sports Direct online again. Returned sandals and now waiting too see how long it takes to get a full refund.

Items were really good quality thank you. The delivery company Yodel who were used to dispatch my order were diabolical, the service was worse than poor costing me my only day off from work.....and for this reason I will buy from elsewhere in future.

Will not be using again. Although my product arrived earlier than i was told/expecting (was bought as a birthday gift) i'm appalled at the state of this "new" pair of trainers. The packaging was damaged & the trainers weren't packed tidy. The stitching on shoes os frayed, the is dried glue on view, the front of the one trainer is scuffed and there is black marks which are non-removable on the tongue. When emailed to complain & at the least request a replacement pair, i was offered a '£5 gift voucher as a gesture of good will IF i was willing to keep the product' ?! After discussing further I was told I will not be receiving a replacement pair & asked to return the item. I was not happy with the product & am not 100% satisfied with the service provides although it has been very prompt.

I don't usually give negative feedback, and I really don't enjoy doing so. I have had very good service from Karrimor in the past, however, in my most recent order I received the wrong item - by a long shot! I had ordered women's trainers, and received men's shoes. My order form stated the right pair of shoes whilst the box of shoes received were just completely different - someone clearly didn't pay any attention to what they were posting. It states in returning items that the customer is responsible for returns cost and postage, and whilst I understand this necessity if a customer changes their mind on an item ordered, I DO NOT feel it should be my responsibility to cover the cost from a mistake made by Karrimor. Thank you.

I ordered a pair of boots. They were delivered on time but had a fault - one of the speed eyelets had pulled out. I returned them, expecting a replacement pair, but I've been refunded the price of the boots only. That means I've paid for delivery both ways and have got no boots! A.

The order seems to be processed quickly. I am an international customer, so I haven't received my order yet. My only problem was that I ordered the wrong size and realized that as soon as I confirmed my order and I tried to cancel it but I was told no changes could be made and the order couldn't be cancelled. Being as it was literally 10 seconds after I placed my order, I am very upset. I am now paying double for a pair of shoes in the correct size.
