“only problem was with the delivery company - very difficult to contact them to arrange re-delivery when they left a missed delivery card, normally courier companies have a depot you can go to collect from but this one didn't”
“Service was great. Could i ask you not to transport wine in 42 degree heat. Maybe when you packed it you were not to know. I think the stelvin caps saved it.”
“I have searched to find a store that sells AIX Rose’ and delivers quickly.
I found Kent St Cellars and gave them a go.
Price better than anyone else and delivery was on time.
My only issue was that my wine had been left out the front of our house in full sun. We were home at the time but the delivery driver didn’t knock or rind our door bell.. that’s just not good enough”
“Great price and fast delivery. I made the purchase as a gift and the packaging was torn & a bit damaged hence the star reduction.
I would definitely purchase again, however.”
“Thank you my glasses are beautiful . The only downfall was that they didn't come in a nice box for presentation. These glasses were a gift and i had to give them wrapped in bubble wrap..
I am still very happy with my purchase..”
“Website was relatively easy to navigate through mobile but I had a small issue of the pages continually refreshing as I tried checking out to purchase. I eventually made the purchase on the computer which more seamless to checkout and pay.
Delivery was simple and quick with adequate wrapping on the bottles.”
