“Generally good, I’d use you again for a wide range of good wines, even if a bit pricey. The one comment I’d offer other than that is that I think you could have made it clearer on your website that deliveries aren’t made on the weekend, even though you are making sales.”
“Easy to purchase and arrived in perfect condition. Only negative is courier company left the box on my door step and clearly you can see it was alcohol.”
“I was very happy with the order and variety available
from Kent street cellars. I will certainly purchase more in the future, however the courier, Aramex was very unsatisfactory, as they left my order next to a driveway and in the sun, whereas had they walked 5 more paces it would have been in the shade and near the front door. I have already relayed this to Aramex Molendinar”
“Generally satisfied with the service, thank you for the quick delivery! The person I sent the gift to said that the sender details were not present, which got them confused. Would be good to have that present (or easier to spot) next time :)”
“Prices are great and the reasonable amount set for free postage is excellent. I would have given 5 stars but the fastaway courier left my package on my front door step and my property adjoins a public park, so I'm thankful it was still there when I got home.”
