“Bit disappointed when I received 375ml bottles instead of the 750ml I was expecting. Perhaps if there are size options then this could be clearer in the photos and/or the description at the TOP of the page rather than at the bottom. Let’s face it, no one usually reads ALL the fine print!”
“I ordered a bottle of Seedlip Spice 94. The website charged me without me realising it had been finalised so I reordered.
I emailed immediately to advise of the double order. I received the order twice though both bottles were posted in the one box. When I called the next day the customer service person offered to refund the second postage that had been charged. No mention of the extra $50 I'd spent or how to return the extra bottle.
Not happy. Shouldn't the system be able to identify if orders double up?”
“This business did not honour a purchase I made in good faith. Upon contacting them about it several times they have chosen to ignore my emails and disregard my concerns that I’ve voiced to them about the illegality of their actions. Super disappointed by a business I used to really respect.”
“The wine I bought was fine, as expected. The delivery though was infuriating. The cardboard box of 6 x 750ml wine was left down the front of the property IN THE SUN, despite my requesting that it be left on the front porch, which is undercover. This is unacceptable. I cannot ever get anyone to answer the phone at Kent St Cellars. Unhappy.”
“I ordered a box of x 6 Lehmann F. Sommier Ariane 72cl glasses. On arrival, one had a flaw in the base. I wrote to Kent Street Cellars with images attached and received a reply from Adam asking what would be a good outcome. I replied saying that a replacement glass would be appropriate. I have tried unsuccessfully to follow up to find out what the outcome of the issue might be, with no further response. Please let me know the status quo. Many thanks

“Very disappointed with my purchase experience. Wine was competitively priced but the courier company KSC use are appalling and follow up non existent. It's now 14 days since my order was processed and I'm none the wiser when it will be delivered.”
“VERY disappointed. Spent over $500 on a birthday present for my father which also happened to be NYE! When purchased it was stated it would be delivered on the 29th as I paid the extra for Express Post. When looking at the tracking I see the Post Office was notified of the item almost 24 hours after the purchase was made - NOT a way to get the item there in the shortest amount of time.
Dad's 21 year old Highland park arrived 3 days after his birthday. The Whiskey was great - delivery abysmal and deceptive.”

Bower, not satisfied with the Glencairn Crystal Cut Tartan Whisky Glass received. There are bubbles in the glasses and there is some bending near the rim on one of the glasses. I would not mind if these were cheap glassware, but I expect perfect glasses when I spend around $150 on 2 whisky glasses.”
“My first Havana Rum order was broken by CouriersPlease so after 2 weeks a replacement order was delivered yesterday. But the box was wet and the CouriersPlease driver said it had been wet in the rain (but we had no rain yesterday). When we opened the parcel we found one bottle was broken (thus the wet box)!!! I now need a replacement bottle. Obviously the bottles need to be better wrapped- and I am unimpressed by CouriersPlease!”
