Less that 1 star in reality! A faulty cotbed that fell through on my son. KiddoDONTcare have been atrocious.nearly 2 months I have been waiting for replacement parts and still they are not here. Not the first person it has happened to and yet they don't care. The bed is dangerous but they will not recall!! My son has had no bed for nearly 2 months. I'm getting lie after lie with them and I've had enough. ????????????

I ordered a flat pack nursery and vibrating baby chair. Within 2 days nursery arrived, like the website said, but with no chair. So I phoned the delivery company to ask if the accidentally left it aboard and got told no chair had been sent. So I decided to contact the company as when I ordered it I got told it would take 48 hours to deliver. Firstly there's no email so had to wait for them to call me. Was then told they was having problems with distributors but I would receive it within a week. It has now been 3 weeks since I ordered, with me having to do all the chasing up, only to be told they don't have it in stock still and do not know when it will be. My options are to get a refund what will take a week, or pick another option. Reasonable? Not when you see the the product you ordered on their website with a 48 hour delivery status still on it. Over 20 emails and 3 phone calls, I've got to wait another's 3 days till I find out what is actually going on and they give me a reply. I've read others had nightmares with refunds so I don't want to get one I want to change the product, but obviously the websites not got the correct information. Would avoid this company at all costs!

Absolutely disgusting service wish I had read these reviews beforehand and not made the mistake of ordering from kiddicare. Told me Have to over two weeks for a refund PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from This joke of a company

I ordered a cot and got a child's table and chair instead. 7days later I'm still waiting for a refund.

Disgraceful company. Disgraceful staff and service. Sent me wrong item but after emailling several times and 3 long phone calls they finally decided i could send it back but ay my expense!!! Not one member of staff ever apilogised and when i took things further and made a formal complaint. nothing happened. Not even an opology. Dont buy from.

Wouldn't even give this place a 1 star but unfortunately have to pick a rating to leave a review, the place should not be aloud to trade the customer service is shocking! Firstly I paid for next day delivery for it to come 2 days later, My pram came in a used like condition! Scratches to the frame and a ripped hood, First my emails were getting passed about to wrong departments so they said, eventually spoke to the right person he offered to get it collected and refunded, over a week water still no refund and having my emails ignored, I will never recommend this company and I will never be using it again

Absolutely shocking customer service We ordered a nursery furniture set, first part of order one basket was broken and then the wardrobe arrived with a large crack right across one side. Cutting a long story short after 20+ emails and a month waiting and a wardrobe in bits waiting to be put up, still no replacement part, kiddicare just tell lies saying that it is on its way. No wonder there is no number to contact customer services! Avoid

I had two orders from this company and both had issues. The support team are absolutely useless, not reading messages fully and asking for info that had already been provided. The response time is also atrocious, taking several days for first response with no telephone number.

Absolutely shocking customer service, I'm waiting on a refund which was said to be processed on the 11th August, it's now the 27th, I have sent 19 emails and not one reply, avoid avoid avoid kiddie care, for an online service they really don't make use of it regarding emails. Fuming is an understatement.

I ordered a furniture set from kiddicare website at the price it was at the time. Then got a phone call to organise the delivery of the items everything was going good until this point. I then received a email over a week after the phone call telling me that the price was incorrect and I would have to pay the extra. After a debate with kiddicare about this matter I then decided cancelled my order and now kiddicare are telling me it will take up to 14 days for my refund but they where fast enought to take the money from my account the very next day after I had ordered. Kiddie care has now had my money for over a month This company is a complete joke and I would not buy anything from them ever again.

This is the rudest, most unhelpful and unfiendky company I have ever dealt with. Never buy from them I have had money take from my account twice for a cot and just cannot get anybody to speak to me about it. Even my credit card company have stated how unusual this is. Absolutely no way of resolving problems and I am dreading actually opening the box in a couple of months as I don't know we will sort if out if anything is wrong. I am going to have to leave it to my credit card provider to sort out I think What company refuses to spek to their customers. Never buy from them

I bought Somerset Cotbed white. It came and when I unpacked it it was damaged the headboard part had a large crack it went all the way through. After many emails and a week later they arranged for a pick up of damaged one and replace it the same time and day. This didn't happen it got picked up but no replacement. I emailed them yet again no reply been over 48 hours too. I sent another asking for a refund d no reply. I won't be ordering from this company again very disappointed and no customer service to contact by phone just email.

Ordered a paddling pool for next day delivery got a message saying waiting to be collected. I have waited all day heard nothing tried to contact the store you cannot speak to anyone only by email which they say will be responded to in 48 hours not much good to me! Disgusting service do not use their delivery service very disappointing

Still waiting for refund after 2 months. Shocking 'customer service' department. Assured me refund would be processed 10 days ago but still no sign of it. Only gets 1 star because I can't give zero. Avoid at all costs.

I orders from them for a baby shower gift and I order a week in advance. 2 and a half weeks later I'm still waiting and if it wasn't for me getting int touch with them over email I wouldn't of even heard anything to say my order was delayed. I have now asked for s refund which I'm waiting for! The fact they have no telephone customer service is awfull as my problem would of been sorted within a day but using email it's took 3 days to sort a refund out! Let's see if I even get that! Disappointed as you website looks good but won't be using it again!

I ordered some items with Kiddicare and was told they would arrive 1-2 weeks later. After 2 weeks I contacted them to ask where they were, only to be told they were not in stock and would possibly be another 2 weeks, but no definite date was known. I needed them for a specific date so this was no good. I re ordered an alternative with another company which cost me extra. Dealing with their customer service department is horrific. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone, you cannot speak to a manger, responses are obviously generic and do not answer any questions, the problem does not get solved, they are arrogant in their responses and they will not listen to anything that is said. I used to rate this company, but over the years they have gone downhill and I will absolutely never be using them again. I am on the verge of seeking legal guidance against them.

Ordered a 3 piece nursery suite costing approx. £716.00 Was delivered a week later as promised but with one box missing. Which I could not assemble that piece of furniture or complete the nursery. With the baby coming in a weeks time, this was added stress that I did not need. I contacted Kiddicare, and 2 weeks on I'm still with out the missing box. All I get from Kiddicare is 'we've got in touch with the supplier' or 'it should be with you shortly' but no definitive answer. Case is ongoing. Nothing resolved yet, and what's most frustrating is that they've ignored my requests to speak to customer service on the phone.

Everything that could go wrong-did. I am now waiting for my refund, which was supposed to come last Friday...It's Tuesday now and no one is even bothering to respond to my emails. I AM FURIOUS. I was assured that it would come no later than Monday, which was yesterday and now I am being ignored when I'm trying to find out why the money hasn't come through yet.
