“I ordered some items on November 14th, the shipping said it would take 2-3 working days. I received the confirmation email etc. Its the 6th of December and I still don't have my order. Shocking. So I rang them after the first two weeks had passed, quoted my order number and the lad on the phone said, "yup, I can see that order but it hasn't been acted on yet, eh you should have it in 4-5 working days." Like a fool, I believed him. Don't order from Kilkenny online for Christmas.”

“The order fulfillment and shipping proceeded very quickly at an exceptional price, was easily tracked and arrived safe and sound. Given the fragile nature of the product and international air shipment though, there was some luck involved. The packaging was a single somewhat thin cardboard box that arrived worse for the wear but no damage occurred. That would be the only critique in a very favorable transaction.”

“I'm sorry but I was so disappointed with the salt and pepper shakers. I didnt realise the tops were PLASTIC, as I would not have bought them. The glass was nice.but it seems that everything today is done on the cheap with no thought to quality. I did what I should have done in the first place and purchased vintage Waterford.”
