“It took 10 days for delivery which is unacceptable. Also I was supposed to get a 10% discount for first time use which the website did not register. I was told to contact support and that the discount would be sent to my account. I did so about 3 weeks ago but discount still not received.”

“My painting has never been delivered!! It was returned and I have no present now for my family for Xmas. I have no idea why this painting has been returned. I paid a delivery fee of €30 with Kilkenny. I am waiting for someone to update me with a reason!!!”

“Excellent online service. If I get 'stuck' there is a local number that I can call and someone answers usually quite quickly. Helpful to have that backup. Orders always get delivered in great condition as boxes are sturdy and the product/s are well packaged.”

“I placed an order in November and it didn't arrive. After chatting to a member of the team online, I was told they would send a replacement. I've not received this either and have been unable to contact them via online chat. The items I purchased were for Christmas gifts, terrible customer service”

“It took a long time to get to me I ordered 2 bracelets I couldn't believe how light and flimsy they were I was giving them to someone as a Christmas present but I would be too embarrassed to give them to anybody total waste of €35”
