“I ordered this jacket as a Christmas gift knowing it wouldn’t be here by Christmas but the jacket is traveling all over the world and even stopped in Volumbia, SC where it was supposed to be delivered and turned around and went back to Ireland.”

“The products I ordered were received damaged. When I contacted customer service they said they would ship out replacements right away. Imagine my delight when I received the replacements. I expected only the broken articles to be replaced but they replaced all the crystal glasses and the entire tea set. This is amazing and I am one happy customer!”

“Choosing the voucher and making payment was easy. However a mistake by me inputting the recipient email led to a world of pain! I tried to call at least 20 times. On 2 of those occasions I managed to get through and spoke to someone who promised to call me back....neither did ever call me back. On another attempt I left a message requesting a call back, and again no call received. Finally I got someone to sort out the issue. Neither the 2nd or 3rd people I spoke to apologised for the previous lack of callback or action. Very disappointing from a prominent Irish brand and I will not shop with you again.”

“Kilkennys designs customer service was incredibly frustrating. They guaranteed Xmas delivery before a certain date it was called out specifically on their website but once they handed over the item to an post who were back logged they washed their hands of it. All my emails regarding delivery date were sent to different people, every person had a different unhelpful response. And obviously were notbtaking the time to read my querie fully. When I finally did speak to someone they said they'd call me back but never did. I won't be shopping with them again ... especially as item arrived damaged ... not worth even emailing them about it as its not worth the stress.”
