“Ordered a gift for express delivery. No details of expected delivery shared. Had to chase. “Chat team” were not helpful… the answer I got was “the courier had a failed attempt to deliver”. No offer to arrange another attempt. Would love to be promoting Irish goods abroad but not with buying them as gifts from Kilkenny Design. Over all bad customer service.”

“There was some confusion regarding my order and the availability of one of the items. I was refunded for this item, but in fact it was delivered to me. When I queried this with the company, I was informed that I could retain the item without charge. They dealt with my query expeditiously and in a very friendly and customer-orientated manner. I would have no reservations in ordering from them again.”

“I have been in to Kilkenny Design shop in Nassau St many times and have also shopped online many time and I have never been disappointed with the goods I have bought. Delivery is always very prompt and the packaging always 100% recyclable, no bubble wrap here - and that is very important to me. I also love that the parcels arrive in an An Post van.”

“The cardigan I ordered arrived very speedily although it was the wrong colour. Maybe I made a mistake in the ordering I dont know. However, it was a thicker cardigan than I had expected so I returned it to the Kilkenny shop in Swords. It was very easy and so I would consider ordering again.”
