“I ordered a bedspread set and before dispatch, I tried to stop it as I wanted to change the size. I sent two emails, neither of which were responded to, despite receiving automated replies with a confirmation that I would receive a response within 24 hours. I do not live in the Republic of Ireland and am still waiting on a response for return.”

“Lovely products that arrived overseas well. I would just say there was little communication about delivery from both Kilkenny or the delivery company and also that the items were just put in a box. There was no paper to cover the items which I would have got had I bought them in the shop, so that could be improved for next time.”
