“One piece was perfect. The other I had issues with and the customer support continually dodged calls, ignored emails, and refused to follow up. With the piece I had issues with, they were using false advertising, using a picture with 2 necklaces and when it arrived it was NOT the products in the thumbnail. Seriously disappointing.”

“There was no rating for OKAy so poor was the nearets. I ordered several items online from Kilkenny Design and the majority were lovely. However, I was disappointed by a couple of things. I didn't receive the 2 sets of reeds that are meant to accompany the diffuser refills that I ordered and received. Also, two items had some minor damage and a third item,'White Birds On Branch', was different than I expected, both in the type of material used and the size (there were no measurements in the description) and material. I will follow up with the store on how to remedy these problems.”

“Excellent customer service and quality products. Not only that, The Kilkenny Store is 100% reliable when it comes to getting packages delivered on time and their follow up is amazing from their carrier. The same applies if they are shipping items internationally. They are an amazing company to deal with both in their stores and on line. Highly recommend them!”

“I purchased two of these beautiful candles in the Christmas Tree. Unfortunately the one I’m keeping for myself does not light, I’ve checked batteries, connections etc but no luck. I’ve kept it and put a tea light on top but not as nice. The second one is a present for someone so I won’t know until they open it if it’s working ok”

“I would give it 5 but I sent an email regarding some discrepancies in my order and I didn't even get an acknowledgement. I ordered a gingerbread house which was supposed to have two trees attached outside the front door,. One was found loosely in the bag and the other was nowhere to be seen. I sent an email asking if I could get the second tree posted across so I could attach it. Secondly, I ordered a male chef gonk for a friend but received the female one instead. Not ideal as it was for an elderly male friend. I checked the label and it had a barcode for the male chef gonk attached to the female one. Thankfully all of my glassware arrived in perfect condition and looks beautiful.”
