“The Kilkenny Shop was always the flagship clothes shop in Ireland. However this current sale is chock full of rubbish! I bought a jacket on line allegedly made by Regatta" the well known good quality clothes retailers. However, the jacket I bought was poor quality, badly cut and didn't fit properly. It was clearly made by the company that lease the Regatta name for a fee and produce shoddy clothes. It was not a true Regatta jacket. I went into the Kilkenny Shop today to return the jacket but found that I was responsible for the 5.95 Euros postage. They should have refunded that as the goods were not "fit for purpose". That is grossly unfair as the garment was not up to standard. I wanted to buy a Fleecy advertised on your sale email and when I saw the goods in question I was shocked at the poor quality. Most of the goods on the Regatta rail had notes attached to them which said "Unwanted, returned". Clearly I was not the only customer to be disappointed in your January sale in the Kilkenny Shop. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN BUY ANTHING ON LINE FROM THE KILKENNY SHOP. If I can't see the goods beforehand I will not buy them. This current sale has let the Kilkenny Shop down badly. I buy clothes on line from Dunne's Stores, their upmarket store, and they are always top quality. The same with M & S. The Kilkenny Shop had a great reputation and it was the place I always got quality in the past. What was in there this morning was not quality!”

I can fully confirm that all our Regatta brand clothing is from the supplier Regatta. In regard to our returns policy returns are free to return in store, If there are any issues with items received we would of course refund the initial delivery fee. If this is an item to be returned as it was not to your liking then we would not process a refund of the initial delivery fee. “Excellent pricing, product quality and service. Only caveat, for future shipments of Barbour coats is, that the Barbour hanger which came with the coat caused extensive damage to the shipping box. The coat however was undamaged.”

“I enjoyed your shop the first time I was there in 2013 and over the years have bought several items. My only disappointment was that I could not tell the size of the pendant I purchased. I was hoping the Irish knot was substantial. If you could list those dimensions in your description, I think that would be helpful. Thanks so much .”
