“There is no warning when ordering IN POUNDS that the item will incur duty and additional VAT because the delivery address is in England (unlessof course you trawl the depths of small print). £51.39 duty on an item. Also note, the exchange rate appears different to anything on line making the item over inflated in the first instance. There is no facility to reject the charges, therefore no method to expedite return or then get money back. Customer service doesn't actually answer the questions posed and instead sends generic responses, effectively saying it's not their problem.”

“Quick delivery. Absolutely love the journal. One negative was there was far too much packaging used. The journal could have been posted in a padded envelope instead of a box with paper & bubblewrap. Waste of a lot of material”

“Staff were lovely, beautiful stock. I gave a 2 star because of your exchange policy. It means that Christmas presents won't be exchanged by you even with a gift receipt. Not impressed at all. Every other shop are allowing this.”
