“Excellent customer service experience with Kilkenny design on line purchase that had to be dispatched immediately from order to reach Australia in time for Christmas as my order was a bit late for the final shipping date and als was delivered to Sydney 2days before Xmas Correspondence from Kilkenny design by email on tracking for shipping and from Australian post was superior information feedback Thanks so much for prompt and safe shopping and delivery well done”

“Purchased a gift card, as a present for a special birthday, a blank black card was sent to the birthday girl no evidence of what it was. I have only discovered this .I have been placed in a most embarrassing situtation, I have requested the card be resent”

“Received the goods in good time. I was disappointed that the handbag I purchased was not packaged nicely in any way. It just came in a clear cellophane wrap. At 85 euros I'm aware it's not the most expensive handbag but would have appreciated that extra touch, even just wrapped in tissue with a Kilkenny Design sticker to seal it. Other than that all goods received were good.”
